    Perfect alternative to the bus
    We did two trips (Cusco - Puno and Puno Arequipa) with Taxi Mundo and it was perfect, I recommend it as a strong alternative to the bus if you are traveling with friends (it is very interesting budget wise). Our driver was really nice and professional and we stopped at every point of interest whenever we wanted. Plus the cars are really comfortable (you can easily sleep in there), which is a real advantage in case of long trips.

    Flawless experience with Taxi Mundo.
    From start to finish the staff was absolutely amazing. Juan Laura, the manager who helped me plan a 7 days itinerary of Arequipa, Colca Canyon and Lake Titicaca was fantastic. The transfers (drivers) and tour guides in all the areas were courteous, professional and always on time and so knowledgeable. Everything was flawless. A big thank you to Alonso, our driver for three days from Arequipa to Lake Titicaca. He was such an excellent driver and so personable. We always felt safe on the tricky roads of Colca Canyon. I highly recommend this company.

    We were looking for a safe tranquil way to get to Colca Canyon. Drivers Walter and his son were the best we could get...driving very safe and calm, showing us the most beautiful places, vicunas... we loved it. Also the communication went very easy by Whatsapp.

Excellent services from taxi Mundo. We booked a few long trips from Arequipa to colca canyon and to puno, then Lima to paracas and back. Prompt and professional services, all drivers were top. No issues at all, would highly recommend.

The booking process with Taxi Mundo was very easy. Juan was very responsive and very helpful. We booked a two night three day tour from Arequipa to Colca Canyon and on to Puno. Our driver Julio was always on time and took care to make sure he was making stops to suit us. He was also very informative about the things we saw as we travelled. The vehicle was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Taxi Mundo it is a very professional service.

Julio, our driver was top notch. He also acted as our unofficial tour guide and showed us various point of interests. The company was good at communicating and fast with responses. Our van was new and super clean. Highly recommend for your tour needs in and around Arequipa.

Taximundo were able to get me to Tacna from Arequipa during the challenging times of the political unrest. The driver very calmly and safely avoided a road block and got me safely to Tacna. He then organised for a pick up to the airport early the next morning. Taximundo were responsive, kind and helpful during quite a challenging time in Peru. I would definitely use them again.

Read great reviews of Taxi Mundo. Went on trust, started communicating with Taxi Mundo via WhatsApp. Efficient communications. Organised return transfers Lim's Airport. Clear pricing upfront, paid driver directly. Our driver was Jose Luis. He was a really nice pleasant man. Safe. So pleased we had him both ways. On time, helpful.
Tomorrow we are taking another Taxi Mundo transfer - a long one from Arequipa to Puno. I hope it goes well.

Great car service

Olsen was our driver both trips to/from hotel/airport. He was on time and very helpful. We even had a very early pick up for the airport and he was there ahead of time. He gave us great information about Arequipa- history and recommendations of places to see and restaurants to eat. Reservations were easy and communication via WhatsApp was fantastic.

Good transfer from Puno to Arequipa

Most of this trip was good. The driver was punctual and the van was very nice. However, the driver did not speak English.
