Place is cold and windy inside. It's the rainy season and there are some areas where you can see they are having problems with rain water inside due to filtrations. And starting soon, they will be the only mall in town in which you have to pay for parking at their parking lot even when you buy there. Any other mall in town has either free parking, or conditional parking (you buy there, you don't pay) some regular stores and restaurants downtown even offer free parking at nearby parking lots. If in truth they have a good variety of stores, and restaurants, there is another mall 5 blocks away where you can find a similar offer, better design warmer place and free parking.

The place is just ok if you go shopping and use public transport to get there, at weekends and holidays, it is impossible to drive in or out as parking lot tends to be chaotic.
It can become annoying as they repeat the same music over and over. I believe there are around 20 to 30 songs repeating themselves all day, every day, always the same old music! If you are there long, you start noticing, and you wish they had more variety on regards of music
In most stores, attention is Ok and fast. Due to location and weather, it can be extremely windy inside the mall, which makes it cold in some areas.
