A documentary film is currently being made about this lovely building. It houses the offices of the Bienal de Cuenca, probably the most important contemporary art event in the country, and often offers artists' talks, workshops for art students, etc.

The Fundacion is based on a beautiful and well preserved colonial house not far from the San Sebastian church and the museum of Modern Art. It features artworks of contemporary Latin American artists. If you are passing by, take a look.
