Lovely view of the Valley

A lovely viewpoint, day or night. A little tricky to find, around the corner from Hotel Quito. Also, walk down through the park and around the bend to find some good restaurants with a view (Ananke or Cafe Guapulo).

Beautiful vantage point to view the valley and historic church. Great views of the high rise buildings and the historic buildings and winding streets below

Yet another lovely vantage point

Something I've noticed on my three visits to this wonderful city is that there are quite a few places that offer spectacular views, be it from the Cathedral roof, Cruz Loma, or simply roadside vistas, of which this is one. Quito has an amazing geography, and it is highly recommended that you find a place a bit higher up than the city center from which to observe it. This is a perfect place to do just that.
