Consistent with the orther poor reviews. They will overcharge, not be on time and poorly explain the toors and you will have to chase them down the street to get your tickets. Booked Isabela and Pinzon tours and spead boat ticket to San Cristobal. A couple that booked the same tour with him, told me they paid $20 less than I did for the same tour. Terrible service.

In november 2019 I went with a group of six people to the Galapagos Islands. It was a minor disaster. Appointments were not honored time and time again. We would go to Bartolomé with the group. That was confirmed but was canceled at the last minute. That also applied to a trip to Seymour Norte. This trip also turned out not to be available at the last minute aswell ,despite the promises that it would not be a problem. Incorrect information was provided on other trips. This resulted in a deception for the group I traveled with. Michel Urgiles and Geoconda Mora are people with whom no serious agreements can be made. If you want a fun trip in the Galapagos Islands then don't book Cruising Muran. Chances are that you will be highly disappointed.

My friend and I booked with 'galapagoslastminute' from their office in Quito. In the space of 2 hours Rodrigo had us booked for a 6 day island hopping adventure of the Galapagos Islands, flights, accomodation and all transfers included, and it did not disappoint! He listened to our requirements and provided detailed notes on each days activities - he even gave us a lift to the airport for our departure flight. It was a once in a lifetime trip for me and Rodrigo made it extra special and memorable - thank you :-). We had many cruise options to choose from but our preference was a self styled itinerary - so glad we booked with them.

Yes they are awesome. I was nervous too to wire money to Quito but somebody else has done it before me. Realy good company. I saved a lot of money for Cruise with Santa Cruz II. They are so good. I met them in Quito. They had my paperwork. Rodrigo and Jose explained everything where, how and when. They picked us from airport in Quito and took us to the hote. On hte day of Galapsagos they picked us up and took us to airport. . I also booked Cotopaxi trip and Quilotoa crater lake with them. All trips with great guides. Very knowledgable. Trips are all day . Cotopaxi is difficult due to altitude but views are amazing. I loved it all. I may come back but booking everything through them.

We booked a day trip to Isabella Island , after two hour boat ride , the guide barely speaks English, after the tortoise tour we are dropped off at a beach for minutes we live in Panama so a beach is no big deal. We are then taken to a restaurant for lunch it was ok. We then go to another part if the island to view the Penguins etc. We get to snorkel, there are no towels provided. On the outbound and inbound trip we pay extra for the ferry etc. On the way out I saw on top next to the Captain who actually texting in his iphone whilst driving the boat, after trip went to the who sold trip he was in his phone the whole time when we complained about the trip, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY EVER
