Your small group day tour starts with an interactive tour of the Intiñan Museum on the true equator. A local guide will explain the culture of the indigenous tribes and you can also partake in some fun and interesting equator "experiments". After stopping to view Pululahua volcano, we then drive into Quito for a three course lunch at a traditional restaurant. Afterwards, you will enjoy a walking tour of the Quito old town. Here you will learn the interesting history of Ecuador while visiting museums, churches and plazas. Later in the afternoon, we will make one last stop at the most famous landmark in Quito, el Panecillo. Here you can enjoy the sunset over Quito north before returning to Plaza Foch. Our departure and return point is in the Plaza Foch, directly outside Juan Valdez Cafe. You can easily get a taxi there from any hotel in Quito.
