the route from Montanita to Quito is Long, but Hayde with her great spirit made it fun. Explaining a lot on the route and playing games and telling stories. The local lunch at a local family was a great break and good food!

I had a great experience traveling to Banos! Being short on time it was really great to use a travel day to take in some other experience. Lunch was excellent, and having snacks and water available on the bus was really helpful.

The closest stop to these towns would be Quito, hence you need to organize that seperately as a side trip. If you head to these towns, make sure to also check out Cochasqui Archaeological Park.
