In una zona leggermenhte più decentrata del centro storico si trova questo edificio caratterizzato soprattutto da un arco conosciuto come passaggio Chiriboga e ricordato soprattutto per la presenza di decorazioni particolari. Passeggiando di sera (ma forse anche di girono9 non è tra le cose che colpiscono di più ma può essere una curiosità.
