We were so lucky to come across this agency. Gabby from Ecuador Family tours is lovely. She speaks excellent English, which makes it so much easier to plan a tour.
Whether you're planning tours of Ecuador or want a "once in a lifetime" cruise around the Galapagos, I cannot recommend this lady highly enough. She is so well connected she can offer great prices to suit all budgets. No heavy selling, just good, honest advice to ensure get you the best of your time in Ecuador.

The service provided by the Ecuador Family Tours was outstanding! We did two customized private tours: Mindo/ Mitad Del Mundo & Quilatoa tour.
Gabby did a great job with recommending and explaining every single detail with all pros and cons; thus we knew what to expect and everything went smoothly. She also advised us what to visit and when in Quito. It was extremely helpful.
Gabby’s husband was our tour driver. He spent every moment with us and used every opportunity to tell us about places we visited and he cared for both of us with a genuine heart. He took us to excellent traditional restaurants for our lunches and also took photos of us.
We learned from him some Spanish words and he also learned some English expressions and words from us during the trips.
We will keep such great memories in our hearts.
I would highly recommend this agency to everyone!

Had been on whatsapp with Gabby for 9 months before we travelled. And OMG what can I say Ecuador Family Tours is the best. She was so patient...suggested a suitable cruise that fit our needs and budget and kept in touch over all that period and guided me with everything . Not once did she want an advance or down payment. Even when I offered, she preferred to wait until we got our visa. Have never seen such ethics and passion for work in all my travels. We did a 20 days tour and covered Quito, Otavalo, Cotopaxi, Banos, Quilotoa and Chimbarazo over land. Flew to Cuenca and did a few tours there and then the Galapagos. Every details was handled by her. Johnny her husband picked us up at the airport she kept in touch to make sure everything was OK. And from then on, all else was taken care of. We did a road trip before the Galapagos, and Johnny was a great and safe driver. Gabby and her daughter Jade even accompanied us on some trips, and she was a wonderful guide . She was very informative and had an answer to everything. Our safety was her utmost concern, so on her advice, she had to skip some spots . When she came to meet us in Quito on the second day, we became family. An apt name ...Ecuador family ..they sure are our extended family in Ecuador. Other side trips and guides organised by her were great as well. Our cruise was excellent, and we travelled without a hitch. She is always available on whatsapp for whatever info and guidance you need . Gabby a big shout out to you my friend and Johnny of course. They are the best in Ecuador. You are sure to have the best experience with Ecuador family tours. Thank you Gabby, Johnny and Jade for a memorable trip to Ecuador .

My wife and I went to beautiful Ecuador in April for a 2 week trip. It was a last second trip (long story) but I found Gabby and her company Ecuador Family Tours and it was a delightful experience. She was so personable and caring and helped us plan our Full itinerary in the Galapagos and then Quito and mainland Ecuador. we did so much stuff!!! Her husband Johnny was the smoothest driver you ever had. He drove and she guided with great info about the sites. I hardly ever felt a pothole or bump lol (but the roads are surprisingly good and better than Boston). Cant' wait to go back. lot of diversity with wildlife and climates/regions. We traveled to snow capped mountains and jungles and volcanoes and hot springs and islands and historical colonial towns etc etc

We happened across Gabby/Ecuador Family Tours by chance while walking Old Town. Gabby was pleasant and informative about what they had to offer. We decided to set the Middle of the World Tour with her and could not have been more pleased. Our driver Johnny was very friendly, timely and also informative. We stopped at "both" Middle of the World areas. The tour at Intinan was so enjoyable and educational!! Johnny was so accommodating. We asked to see an artist market,so instead of returning us to our Air BNB, he dropped us at Mercado Artesanal LA Mariscal - no problem! We had a wonderful day and the tour was cheaper than online sites that offered less.

Wow! Where to start!! We had the best time with this amazing family! I love them all and will miss Gabby , Jonny, Jade and Cyrus… my Ecuadorian family❤️. Not only are they wonderful to spend time with and tremendously helpful and knowledgeable BUT Gabby will save you lots of money on last minute Galapagos Cruises and let you book your own internal flights to save money if you want( she will recommend what to book). I am thrilled that I booked with them and am planning my return and a trip for my son with them. Muchas,muchas gracias!!!!😘

The trip with Gabby was so great! I loved it. Lots of interesting information, not only about the places we visited but in general about Quito and Ecuador. We could eat at local restaurant and taste real local food, we wouldn't be able to find it by ourselves. Gabby and her family is so sweet! ❤️ We had a lot of fun with you guys! Thank you! ❤️

Hi Gabby, We had a great trip in Ecuador, and we want to thank you for all your help. Your detailed road trip itinerary helped us greatly, the Amazon Jungle trip also is also a great memory to have for many years. I will certainly let our friends know Ecuador Family Tours is such a good Agency, when they come to visit Ecuador in the future.

Fantastic small tour company! Gabby & Johnny make a great team. Gabby speaks English very well and can answer any questions about where you’re going. Her husband Johnny is the driver for small groups. His driving was excellent and and the van was super clean. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal experience from a local business that cares about their customers.
