If you are a big fan of museums, then definitely visit. However, myself not being a big fan, I wouldn't recommend it to the average person. Good to note that the museum states the visit takes 3.45hours and we skimmed through it in about 1hour.

A great collection of objects on a whole range of topics. From continental drift to the mine rescue in Chile. Natural history, Chilean history - it has something for everyone. You would be hard to please if you didn't find something of interest.
