Inside this three-level mall located a block behind the old Universidad de Chile building are various shops selling everything from school supplies to clothing to electronics. Probably the only Chinese-themed store I saw was selling Chinese kitchen wares and dishes. We only saw one Chinese restaurant that occupied a corner of the third floor; it had very casual food court style seating. I was able to find a very cheap belt I needed for the trip. If you are into bargains, there are many to be found here.

This place is like a lot of the shopping areas you will find here. Quaint little shops with a little of this and a little of that.

Though is called "Chinese Mall" don't expect to find Chinese culture related objects because this place is mostly bargains with Chinese origin, which is way different. Economic, with a variety of products, is a recommended place for anyone who is looking to save money while getting some clothes, electronic devices, or personalized souvenirs. Located in the heart of the city, behind Universidad de Chile is just some steps away from the namesake metro station.

This three-storey shopping centre is located in downtown Santiago at the corner of Alonso de Ovalle and Arturo Prat. There are many clothing shops, computer and cell phone accessories vendors and stores that make personalized t-shirts, mugs, etc. Prices are relatively cheap and more economical than in other areas of the city. Metro: Universidad de Chile (line 1).
