Thanks igv tures for making me feel at home, I felt like travelling with friends than just as a part of a tour. I really appreciate the high quality service you gave to me, the warmness and all the tips you shared with love to make my journey even better. I really recommend this place everyone!!

We had confirmed arrangements to be picked up at Santiago Airport for transfer to our Hotel, we waited for over half an hour but IGV Tures did not turn up & we had to make alternative arrangements.
At first IGV indicated that they had no bookings for that day, then it was pointed out that we had email confirmation, they then indicated that they had a cancellation by another client & they confused our booking with the other client.
To add insult to injury they now want to connect with me through Linkedin, what a joke.
