It was very easy to get to the park since the Quinta Normal metro station is right by it. There are many trees providing shade in the park. There are also several museums in the park. I had visited the Museo Nacional de Historia Natural which is just inside the park near the entrance and is free to enter. I... More

This park is a good place to go for a walk and enjoy the trees. There are local families visiting so this is a popular site. It is right at the the Quinta Normal subway stop so it is easy to get to. It is right across the street from the Museo de la Memoria y los Derechos Humanos so... More

Beautiful park, great for a walk or just to spend some time. There is a metro station close by, lots of street food vendors. The Museo Nacional de Historia Natural is situated inside the park, and Museo de la Memoria y los Derechos Humanos is across the street.

Take the Metro here and have a relaxing few hours away from the streets of Santiago. Very popular with locals at weekends, great museums in the park should the weather turn wet

The park has great water play and a lake for families to enjoy. It was great just to walk around and take in the atmosphere. There's also a very basic snack shop.

Santiago has no lack of great park space, but Parque Quinta Normal might be one of the best. My husband and I walked around the park before and after our visit to the Museo de la Memoria y los Derechos Humanos which is right across the street. Several other museums ring the park, so you could make a whole day... More

A real treat for families with children. There is a small lake with peddle boats, a large variety of mature trees providing shade, the museum of NATURAL HISTORY (free entry) and a puzzle-water-fountain so kids can guess where the next up-stream will be.

Pleasant park with a splash pad, pond for paddle boats, playgrounds, amphitheatres, and wide walks. We went on a Sunday, and there were lots of vendors, face painting, art for the kids, and a number of buskers. Right beside the Quinte Normal Metro station.

Discovered this park after visiting Museo de la Memoria y los Derechos Humanos. It is just over the road, and next to Quinta Normal metro station. Spend an hour strolling through this pleasant park.
