The glacier was amazing - truly a sight to behold. The boat had plenty of space along with a bar, and the seats was comfortable. However, the staff left something to be desired… First of all, the guide only translated in english the first couple of times, then he just forgot, I guess? Secondly, my girlfriend and I made an effort to be first in line, so we could get a window seat. However, due to the boat being fully booked that was not possible, so the staff told us to sit in the middle of the boat - which is fair enough! However, when another couple, who was also seated in the middle, tried to sneak to a window seat and got caught, they were allowed to stay?! I guess the rules don’t apply to everybody… Left us with a sour taste in our mouthes - which luckily disappeared when we arrived at the glacier. All in all, an okay trip, but the staff gave us a rocky start…

Good day...The guy on the boat took the time to explain...The captain took us near to see the sea lions and on the way back we offered a drink and biscuits, which was nice. With a better, more comfortable boat, the experience will be even better. Thank you.

A long but lovely trip from Puerto Varas to Bariloche. We were blessed with great weather so the views were fabulous. The visit to the waterfall in Puella is worth the time. Crossing the border is pretty easy and very different from most entry points. The only negative is the late arrival in Bariloche. Be prepared for a late dinner after the long bus ride from the dock to town.

This was a full day tour at the salt flats with unique and diverse landscapes to visualize. To cover this much ground would be difficult to do on your own regardless of how well researched you were. The guide was very good, spoke English well and the lunch was very tasty and plentiful. Pick up was prompt in a comfortable vehicle. There was a lot of wildlife to see-llamas, vicunas, ostriches and flamingos. A worthwhile excursion!
