Enjoyed the scenery, and culture within the community. It missed out on the 4 star review because the hygiene and service could be improved drastically. To further enhance improvements, I would recommend that this is fit for a family of 4, as it depends on your tour. The tour around the city is spetacular, but the wine tours need to be further enhanced. Anyways, I enjoyed most of the experience.

Employers and Buses need to be improved in terms of hygiene and safety. One of my bus seats had hole in the bottom and gum stuck on the handrail.

Do not waste your money with this company who miss-sold us our ticket on the hop on hop off bus. The modern city route is not interesting and also you then don’t get much information that you need to walk miles to get to the other bus route. The lady on the bus was so unhelpful and told us to get off at the funicular stop! We ended up walking for 1 hour and half and missing the old town parts! My advice don’t waste your money on this and do it yourself. Old city is much more interesting and what you come for! Also to note - TERRIBLE customer service !

Total rip-off! An expensive and brief trip round a small part of the city centre with very little information provided. They are happy to tell you that you can get off at the Bellavista funicular stop - but not so good at telling you the funicular was closed that day and so there was no point. Avoid.
