My husband and I had a great time. Very friendly and informative. We had a great time in Vallasparo and transfers to port went well with with all the extra information and great driving. Would highly reccomend. And great English

We really enjoyed our day with Eugene. He is very sweet and knowledgeable. He told us many things about Chile, and brought us to 3 wineries. We booked very last minute (about 12 hours notice) and he was still able to accommodate and make sure we had a great time. His vehicle was roomy and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed.

Eugene took my wife and a couple we were cruising with to Valparaiso and Viña del Mar from our cruise stop in San Antonio in March. He was was fantastic about setting up the tour and coordinating with us beforehand. He is very personable and we were glad to find him on TripAdvisor.

Eugene was amazing! Firstly in the buildup to the trip he was very accommodating as our group size kept changing.

On the day he was very friendly and informative and always happy to take photos of the group.

The vineyards we visited were absolutely stunning, the tours very interesting and wine tastings delicious.

I would highly recommend Eugene’s tour

Average at best Wine tour.There is a better one to Maipo valley.
The first part of the tour to Veramonte Winery was excellent.Very informative and with a nice wine tasting.
The next winery is basically just a drop for a long lunch where the restaurant tries to talk you into a full 4 course meal which includes wine.unless you do this you do Not get to taste any wine at this stop!That is very disappointing.
I would say the lunch was only average and I did Not get the full 4 course meal so I got no wine.
That was it for the “all day Tour.Compared to the other wine tour to Maipo Valley,this was Not what I consider an “All Day tour”.
After lunch,that was it.Back to Santiago.
The Tour was supposed to be an English speaking Tour,but the guide,Eugene,spoke very poor English and he had a hard time getting information across to me.There were 3 others on the tour who were Brazilian and spoke very little English.Communication was a problem the whole trip.The family was wonderful and very hospitable to me,but it was hard to hold a conversation.
This Tour is just the guide who is also the driver and I prefer a separate driver and guide so that the driver can concentrate on driving.
I have no idea how this Tour could be 5 star rated.It certainly was Not in my view.

I enjoyed this tour with Eugene. He was on time to pick me up and did a great job explaining several aspects of Chile during the ride. I appreciated this being a small tour so we didn’t have to spend too much time picking up and dropping off people. The guide at the actual vineyard did a fantastic job as well. The explanation of the process was great and the wine sampling was amazing! I’m glad I had the experience. Also, the views are great!

Great experience for English speakers in Chile!

I had a bit different need than just a tour guide in Santiago. I was in Chile for business as well, so my review is for transportation for work as well.

How it all started, I emailed the top three tour companies in Santiago. Eugene was the most accommodating, specifically on cost!

For sightseeing, Eugene picked us up from our hotel and we spent time in Santiago, El Yeso Resevior, and wine tasting south of Santiago. He showed up early and was always reliable.

Eugene provided transportation to/from the airport. And he drove us from Santiago to Vina Del Mar and back. Again he always showed up a bit early and was very dependable. This was reassuring since we were in a different country and never worried about transportation.

Lastly, I recommend you connect with Eugene on What's APP because he is very good about returning your messages right away.

Thank you Eugene for making our trip a success! I will use Eugene's services when I visit Chile again.

Best day out....Ever!

Luis, our guide, was absolutely amazing. His English was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. He drove safely and took us to some amazing places to view the street art in Valparaiso. He was always making sure that we were comfortable and happy throughout the day. We had a running joke with him about the fog and lack of sun so when the sun finally made an appearance he was most happy. Luis also took us to an authentic Chilean restaurant and ordered the most amazing food for us. Warning.....2 Pisco Sours with lunch can make you sleepy😂 After being let down by a previous travel company it was lovely to deal with a professional. Thank you Luis for a fantastic day out. To all fellow travellers...book with this company. It was money well spent and you won't regret it.

A trip not to be missed!
Brilliant! Fantastic guide (Luis) with a heart of gold, very good English, great person. At the end we hugged, need i say more?
Valparaiso is definitely one for the "Bucket List" . The cost was very competitive and reasonable. Cant recommend highly enough.
