We're a tourism agency based in Pucon, Chile. We offer tours in which you can enjoy and discover our beautiful region, surrounded by mountains, national parks, volcanoes and lakes. The highlights here are: The ascent of the Villarrica volcano (the most active in Chile). We also climb Llaima, Lanin and Quetrupillan volcanoes. You can also do canyoning, rafting, horseback riding and go to chill to the hotpsrings. Great group, great team and great staff. We are a big group from Brazil travellin each year to PUCON and we had the chance to meet those guys this year for the first time - after 12 years coming to PUCON with groups - and we had the best time together. I would totalty advice you to travel with Ermitano.

Pucon is an absolute treasure that was made all the better by Ermitano. Christian is an amazing guide who set a steady pace for our group and knew exactly when to take breaks. We were so thankful for this experience and even more so by the very end, when Christian invited the group to have a beer and snacks at the agency to celebrate the end of the journey.
Couldn’t recommend this agency enough! Please give them a shout if you’re in Pucon since they have multiple types of excursions.

I want to tell you about my experience with this agency. I went to the villarrica with them. The car broke down on the way and we were a hour late. We started walking and we have the opportunity to use the chair lift. The guides told us that we will make the summit until two and that only saves a hour so we decided not to use the chair lift. We continue walking and the guide always harry us. We reach to a point and he told one of my friends that she need to go down and i can continue walking. After 20 minutes he told me i should go down too. It was a hard uphill walk and i was exhausting. We went down skiing and on the way i heard the guide laughing at me with his friends and i continued walking. I ask to walk and not to ski. He told me i should ski down because ots 3 minutes more. On the way down i fell and roll over 4 meters in the snow and the guide didn't even ask if im ok. We could make it to the summit but we didn't get all the information, you can't go up the mountain if you don't make it till two. And if we knew that we will use the chair lift and make it to the summit. Im traveling for 6 months now, and i never encounter with unprofessional guides like that.

Darren and I were visiting the area and had planned to climb the Villarrica volcano, even though it was the winter season and we knew the weather conditions are harsher and more unpredictable than during summer.
You can tell the agency and its staff are passionate for their job, because from the first time we contacted them, they were quick to give us an appropiate answer about the volcano climbing and what to expect. A big thank you to Marlene, who gave us all the necessary information and did the paperwork plus the permits for the activity, same as for Jorge, who explained us in detail about the weather conditions and we would also like to thank our guide, Juan, for guiding us on the volcano and bringing us all the way to the top. The journey itself is rewarding, even though it can be tough at certain times, however, we enjoyed the experience so much that we would even like to do it again, but during summer, and of course, with Ermitano Expediciones again.

My boyfriend and I decided to do the volcano climb and looked for an agency in Pucon. Happily we found Ermitanio expeditions and got the possibility to start already the next morning ! Everything seemed to be very professional to us and was well explained. So we started at 6:30 the next morning and met our guides Juan and Filipe. The two guides for us four clients were very friendly and helpful and explained everything useful for the ascend as well as interesting facts about the region during the climb in a friendly and personal but still professional way! This combined with the high quality equipment made us feel safe and we could really enjoy the ascend and the amazing views. Since we had two guides for four clients we could adjust the speed to our abilities which did not seem to be the case in other groups we saw on our way up. We reached the summit at 11:30 so we were able to enjoy the great views for a long time and without a lot of other groups up there ! The smell and sound of the active Vulcano is really special and impressive!
The most fun part is the way down. With the equipment provided you don’t have to worry about anything. Just follow the instructions, sit down in the snow and sleigh down! During short brakes and walks you can once again enjoy the view over the region and the height. When we reached the bottom a bus was waiting to bring us directly back to the office where we could have some snacks and beer to complete the trip and chat about the experience. Considering the price, the equipment and the awesome guides we would highly recommend to make the ascend with this agency! Thanks for this great experience ! :)

I went all the way to Pucón with the intention to climb the Villarica Volcano and I couldn't be happier to have chosen this agency. Their service in the agency and on the volcano was perfect. They give you really good equipment and make great efforts to make everyone feel comfortable. They even give you snacks in the morning and a welcome snack with beer when you come back! The guides are really fun - thank you so much Luchita and Felipe for this great experience! If you want an incredible day with incredible people I can only recommend them! Totally worth it!

Both guides were really friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The hike and ice climb was a lot of fun and I would highly recommend it. Felt safe during the whole experience as well. Really enjoyed it!
