Little shops and groceries. Bakery around the corner. Great coffee and don't forget to go to the shop on the 4th floor.

Spent the last 2 days helping out at a market stall here and the atmosphere was wonderful! No large retail chains, nice restaurants and it’s so near the Botanic Gardens MRT station. There even was a ‘real’ Ang Mo bearded Santa!!

If you are visiting the Botanic Gardens with the MRT. Then cross the street before heading into the park gates to stock up on water and snacks. There is a good Cold storage supermarket where you can buy everything you need.
Otherwise the cafe and stores are for the local expat community. With not so cheap prices..

Mostly frequented by expat wives who go to the clothes shops on the second floor. There are also hair salons etc as well as a cold storage supermarket.
A few restaurants to boot. Not somewhere to come unless you want to visit a specific shop. Located next to botanical gardens mrt station

We visited this place jumping out of the train after spending the night at the MBS. A very nice change great collection of shops for a morning outing to get a feed.

Wandered about, had a lovely meal, had my hair cut, bought trinkets, did the grocery and finally had afternoon tea and watched the world go by... all without the fuss of millions of people shoving and hustling about in Vivo or Orchard. Try popping out of the Botanic Garden MRT line and I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised here. Interesting collection of shops in a cluster of converted old shophouses.

This is a great café with awesome food. We had brunch there last Saturday and the food was awesome. Excellent service. The sesame chicken salad is a must and their hazelnut latte is lovely. My husband had fish and chips which was great. A definite try. Will visit it again when I am back in Singapore next

This place is mainly frequented by expat wives - shops here are clothing and nail salons etc. they do have a 24 hour supermarket on the ground floor and a few food places to eat.

With the recently opened Botanic Gardens MRT( Downtown & Circle Lines) just across the road, this small retail/dining centre provides a good option for those visiting Botanic Gardens to drop by for some food, & perhaps get some snacks/drinks from the supermarket as well - before or after the visit.
This "mall" is only 2 storeys high, very small & rebuilt within a revamped row of colonial shophouses. Being located in a quiet residential area & just next to the Botanic Gardens, it gives one a nostalgic, "back in old days" feel & a very relaxing ambience.
The shops & dining choices here are very limited & definitely upscale ones. There aren't many people here even on a weekend- the few individually run shops were very quiet. Hardly any customers on the walkway or in the shops. But the supermarket & dining outlets were crowded. Understandably so, as this is not the "usual" shopping mall which you would come shopping for your needs.
We dropped by to look for food because we were visiting the Botanic Gardens, via the MRT station here.
