A very old shopping center in Chinatown. There are many shops here but the mall is very old. It is very quiet and 'dead' comparing to the lively surrounding Chinatown area.

the mall is shabby and old. But some interesting shops here. Third floor has a pretty decent lan cafe, and i think there is a bar cum ktv place on 4 floor. There is also table pool facility in the basement.
