I purchased a package for eyeliner and eyebrow embroidery in 2021. In 2022, I went back for a retouch as recommended by the staff.
The eyeliner was drawn such that one eye's is higher than the other. In fact, it has even blown out over time, leaving an unappealing black smudge where the blowout is. Speaking as someone who has tattoos and has friends who are tattoo artists, this means the artist has pressed down too hard in the process of inking the embroidery.
In my attempt to communicate my frustrations to the management, I was asked to liaise with the artist instead. The artist stated that the touch-up period is over, which detracts from the main issue: the eyeline being drawn too high and the ensuing blowout.
The smudgey looking blowout is marked in the images attached. Would not recommend this service as I still have to draw my own eyeliner to hide the blowout and unevenness of the embroidery.

After a half marathon and then a very long travel to arrive in Singapore and a couple of morning runs, this massage was exactly what I needed. Linh did a fabulous job. Just the right touch to loosen tight muscles. A wonderful afternoon before the start of a busy week of business. Wish I had time for another.

My eyebrows came out uneven! One side is visibly longer than the other. Bad service and they (the eyebrow therapist and front desk staff) tried to hard sell. Very distasteful. Decided not to go back for touch-up.

I had an appointment to this spa last sunday. They have given a reminder that the appointment is on sunday via sms, but when i reached the spa at 4 pm, the receptionist was busy attending to a customer. Then i waited for her to call the therapist. 10 minutes later, she asked me, whether i have an appointment, i said yes. Then she went back to search for the schedule. Another customer came in and she attend to this customer for 13 minutes before she came back to me saying that she is sorry that i dont have the appointment on that day. I showed her the sms, and she said she is sorry. No offer to rectify the situation. Just saying that the schedule for that day is full. And doesnt offer alternative schedule for the next appointment. I asked for a refund and she said she cant do it. Offered an empty offer for an additional session. She said she is going to call me for this extra session, till now, monday 17th july, she is still not contacting me. Despite the good service before, i am very very displeased with their treatment. Its an attitude where they are not really appreciating the business that i bring to them. Maybe they have too much customers.

I chose this spa purely because it was close to where I was staying. I booked a 90min full body relaxation massage and I must say it was one of the most enjoyable spa massages I have ever had. All the staff are lovely, making you feel very welcome and the homemade ginger tea they give you afterwards, is most refreshing and delicious. Lovely surroundings (don't be put off by the ordinary external facade of the building). Will definitely go back for a repeat visit.

Got promotion for eyebrow embroidery w/ free touch up. After complete the free touch up. Asking them about what is the price for next touch up. As they said no price yet. But before sign up for the promotion was told that touch up after the promotion will be $25.00 and now tell me no package for that. The current package is $1,188.00 I feel I get con for the moment as they are not honest. Even website also show $25.00 onwards although on phone said is $25.00 for touch up. Feel their service only like to serve those rich people. Don't judge the book by it cover. Feeling disappointed!

La Source Spa will definitely pamper you with their holistic approach. Front desk people are very pleasant and welcoming, services are wonderful using state-of-the-art equipments and therapists are all knowledgeable in their own fields.
A one-stop shop for your well-being because aside from body massage and facial treatments, they also offer natural skin care products, hair and embroidery services.

I went to the spa to visit i had a deep tissue body massage which lasted 30 minutes it was absolutely fantastic and so invigorating then I had an oxygen facial which is a must have for ladies who love to look after their skin., and then i had the full facial which was given to me by one of the most professional knowledgeable members of staff.
Every time I have been in the spa the ladies cannot do enough for you.
The owner jane has a holistic approach to life and is very very proud of her products in which she has designed called inni by la source ...all the products are natural and I have used the anti aging range....they are made of veg and fruits and are awesome for your skin.. I have a glowing radiance on my skin ...when I return to Singapore I will be returning to the spa as I feel I've made friends also. .

Found this spa through instagram, i called them and got a booking on the same day, done La Ritual massage was amazing! Then I expressed my interest in a facial so i did the Purifier facial - Angela the reception lady was so nice, friendly and helped me with my choices for a first time visit she didn’t push me to buy something I didn’t want to like most of the places in Singapore, Wawa and Sammi thank you for pampering me - definitely recommend it and will be coming back
