The Queen Elizabeth Walk is a promenade located at the Esplanade Park within the Downtown Core district of the Central Area of Singapore. Queen Elizabeth Walk is a pleasant stretch, which holds several monuments linked to the historical Anderson Bridge, including the Tan Kim Seng Fountain, the Lim Bo Seng Memorial, the Indian National Army Plaque and the Cenotaph.

Sunday 20th October and we were walking to the Singapore Flyer along the Singapore River and we came across this walkway.

The Queen Elizabeth Walk located within the Esplanade Park and is between the historic Anderson and modern Jubilee Bridges.

The walk commemorates the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953 .

There are a number of landmarks and points of interest, including, the Tan Kim Seng Fountain, the Lim Bo Seng Memorial, the Makan Angin Statue and Rising Moon Sculpture and more. The Theatres by the Bay are a feature along the way.

Another nice place to walk along in Singapore.

This is a nice section of the river walk. It’s an easy path to walk and like most of the city it feels very safe. A nice spot.

The Queen Elizabeth Walk, developed in the 1950s as part of an esplanade enlargement, is located near Esplanade Park between Anderson Bridge and Stamford Canal, the walk was named in 1953 to commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth. The walk is just a small part of the River esplanade pathways, it is well maintained, level, with seating in filtered shade, there's a children's playground in the adjacent park.

There aren't many signs for this walk and really it now seems to just be part of the Esplanade Park area. Plenty of trees along here so it's a good way to escape the heat on a hot day. Partial views of the bay (obscured by the traffic bridge).

When we were staying at the Fullerton, this was the promenade that takes us to the Esplanade and we stumbled upon it by chance. It is a lovely walk with great views of the water and the Fullerton too. There are lots of couples who sit around and enjoy some quiet time to themselves.

This is a beautiful promenade in the Esplanade park, overlooking Marina bay.
The place is especially stunning after dark, as the numerous buildings and bridges around are beautifully lit.
