I love Shilla at Changi T4, coz it has the most K-Beauty Brand’s here - skincare and makeup compared to the other 3 terminals.

We visited here on a 3hr layover while travelling from the UK to Australia.
We wanted to buy a 125ml item and were informed that as we were going to Australia and this item was over 100ml there is an additional security measure that the duty free bag must be carried to the gate by airport staff. The delivery service to the gate takes some time and we were too close to departure time for the item to be delivered to the gate in time. This is a rule only for travel to Australia.
So felt a little disappointed that we could not get the item on the outward journey.
However on the way back to Heathrow, the UK does not impose that restriction so we bought the item during our even shorter 2hr transit and were able to carry if to the gate ourselves in the security sealed duty free bag.

It was my first time at T4 and I decided to shop for some gifts. I was pleased to see a wide variety covering several brands. Staff were patient when answering my queries. Overall a good experience

What an AWEFUL EXPERIENCE at the Shilla Duty Free outlet in Changi Airport. Apart from the night staff on duty being so discourteous and rude, they also have the audacity to sell FAKE PRODUCTS at their outlet! I was utterly disappointed when I used the product (a perfume that I use on a regular basis and do know the fragrance well). Obviously I sent them an email to their customer service. One would imagine a response and perhaps an enquiry into the issue. However, though I was assured of a response, till today I have not heard from them. The Shilla Duty Free (fragrance section) does not realise that they can't forever continue cheating their customers and run away, since by not replying or getting in touch, they are just confirming that they are guilty as accused and DO SELL FAKE PRODUCTS in that outlet in the duty free section.
UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED that Singapore would encourage such illegal transactions to continue over there when they pride themselves in being one of the best maintained airports.
Innocent customers...please be aware and avoid shopping at The Shilla Duty Free, Changi Airport for perfumes...THEY ARE CHEATS!!

As what I found that some of sales staffs are very snobbish...
I picked up just one eyebrow pencil and was going to the cashier counter for payment ( I didn't ask the staffs to serve me or give the recommends to me), and I was in rushing so I need to pay immediately. One of the staffs saw me I was waiting at the cashier counter, but she avoid me seeing me and tried to walk away...
I can understand that sales are very important but services are also important. Especially, Changi airport has emphasized that the service in Singapore has to be number one in the world, hasn't it?
The sales staffs have to be trained at least not that obvious when you are trying to avoid those buying something small.

Very glitzy airport shop. Attendants were helpful and efficient. They know all about Liquids, Aerosols and Gels restrictions, so this was also helpful. Would not hesitate to go again.

This shop is a fairly standard duty free shop selling quite expensive cosmetics and perfumes. We enjoyed looking around it but didn't feel inclined to buy anything.
