True, it is tucked away in a nice quiet part of densely populated Tampines Town. Sadly, the enclosure is no longer an enclosure. The chain curtains that used to keep the butterflies in have been removed. Besides a few tiny yellow butterflies flying around OUTSIDE...More

The Tampines Butterfly Garden is a nature park where butterflies are flying freely in an enclosure. Anyone can enter free into this enclosure.

Little spot that's a short walk from the subway. plenty of butterflies in the greens. Just watch where you step, our winged friends can be resting anywhere

A blessing to nature lovers by a group of volunteers in Tampines who bring together elegant butterflies to a HDB neighbourhood! The volunteers paintakingly inspect & take the eggs home to nurture before bringing the caterpillars back to the garden for the butterflies to emerge....More

Hidden amongst the residential flats, the volunteered run garden is very laid for an enjoyable stroll. Just hoped those with children, ensure that the little one don't try to handle / catch the delicate butterflies. Good for nature photo shoot too
