I attended this class by myself, and it was a fantastic experience. I received an interesting and educational tour of the Spice Garden by Thai Chef A. We registered for a combination class that started with a tour of the 150 year old spice garden (a colonial remnant) guided by the chef. Then we moved into the demo kitchen for a New Asia cuisine class. Two dishes were demos (Pomelo Salad and Crispy Asparagus with XO Sauce), and three were hands-on (Crisp Cheese Tikki Patties, Herb-Roasted Chicken... More
