Cable car return tickets is not cheap.

It is adult$35 for return. Under 12 y.o is $25

So make a most of it.

I would highly recommend to buy online, and if u are planning to go to some attractions in Sentosa island, there r always very reasonable plan for adding cable car fee.

Mount Faber peak has a great view and it was only around $10 from /to Liang court / Clark keys by GRAB.

It was a bit confusing to go to universal studio from Mt Faber peak.

I thought we could directly go there but actually had to change the cable car and also had to ride an express train( MONO Rail).

Don't just take the cable car to Sentosa, take the full ride you paid for and visit Faber Peak. From here you can go to the top or walk the Southern Ridges to the Henderson Wave. However just outside the cable car station is one of the more unusual attractions, the Polish Bells of Happiness. We not only rang the bells, we left our own bells with our own message at the top. Plus you get an awesome view over to Sentosa Island. Simply, don't overlook the ride to Faber Peak. There is much to see and do. Plus it will be the Peak of Happiness on your trip.

Faber Peak is a popular tourist spot in Singapore and offers scenic views of the city and surrounding bay areas. It is accessible using Singapore Cable car from Harbourfront station. Located on top of mount Faber, there are view points, photo points, a trendy bar, restaurants, souvenir shops in this location. The Faber peak opens at 9 A.M in the morning. The journey using cable car provides beautiful views from the top. Faber Peak is a great place to spend an evening. On the peak, head to the happiness bell which dates back to 1909 , signifying happiness, peace and harmony.
It is advisable to book a one day Singapore cable car pass with unlimited hop on hop off option and the reach the Faber Peak first , then proceed towards Sentosa Island.

Hi, this is a cool way to get to and from Sentosa Island. The views are great. We then had dinner at the restaurant at Mount Faber. Very good food. Great views.

Mount Faber is the starting point for the cable car over to Sentosa Island. We took a taxi. So glad we did... Walking the hill was not our "cup of tea". But if into your fitness. Go for it..
Buy a bell and hang it on the verandah over looking the harbour. Unfortunately the viewing from the drop off point is obstruct from shrubs that have grown to high. Apart from that plenty other viewing areas. We took the cable car over to Sentosa Island. The best 29sng investment I made. If your not nervous with heights. It is a great experience. Loved it. We had the cable car to ourselves.
My hubby is not into heights, he accomplished this quite well. All thou his knuckles did turn a bit white...lol.

We travelled via the Singapore Metro to Harbourfront MRT station. From here it is a 5 minute stroll to the Cable Car station which takes you up to Mount Faber.
On arrival at the top there is a cafe and gift shop. We wandered off to visit various places in the area. We particularly wanted to go to the Henderson Wave Bridge which was about 20 mins walk and worth it. We found it was cooler on the mountain and lots of foliage provided shade. There are walks along the road and lots of tracks through the scrub. Lots of steps too n places! After the bridge we returned via the Faber Walk which brought us to the highest point on the mountain. There are displays of the history of Singapore, lovely gardens and a Merlion. We walked back to the Cable car and then went to Sentosa Island where we spent a couple of hours wandering about. Obviously it was a BIG day and we must have walked miles, but it was really lovely.

Whilst visiting USS, we decided on the way back to take a ride to Faber Peak, and we are so glad we did. In my opinion, it is one of the best places to see the Sentosa from above. There is a bar and restaurant here and whilst we were there, a couple even got married there.
The bar is very good, as are the staff. We had a few drinks here, the Singapore Slings made here were one of the best whilst in Singapore.
We enjoyed it here so much that we came back on another evening and the staff remembered us which was nice.

We also purchased a bell (2 for $5) where you write a message and then tie them to the railings, it was so nice.

Jumped on the cable car at Faber Peak
to Sentosa island. What a great view over Singapore and Sentosa ,cable cars are so smooth and very high and look steep but you don’t notice when traveling in them
We did both the one to Sentosa and the one on Sentosa Spectacular view especially at night A great way to go
The gift shop at Faber Peak has some different souvenirs from the usual things you see

We board the cable car from sentosa and alighted at the mt faber peak. Decided to drop by for a drink. Great place for a cheap-ish drink. Paid about $7 for a Gin and Tonic for their happy hour special.
Very romantic ambiance with a great view!

The whole area (Merlion Plaza) is a busy tourist area with plenty of attractions. The information booth sold us our tickets and told us where to go. We went up four flights of escalators to get to the top of the hill. There was a different cable car heading past us that went to a different location, Imbiah Lookout. On the other side was a large building housing the Madame Tussauds Singapore exhibition.

Naturally the entrance and exit for the cable-way was via the gift shop. There was a queue but it wasn't too long. The sign said that the capacity of each car was eight people but they gave us a car all to ourselves (except for a staff member who was probably finishing her shift and going home).

The cable car goes high up over the harbour giving great views of Singapore and Sentosa Island. There is an intermediate station but we continued to the final destination at Faber Peak. Here there are restaurants and a gift shop. We didn't stay long and caught the cableway back to the Merlion Plaza.
