There are a lot of activities for the children to explore but lack of staffs to oversee the restricted area made the visit unpleasant, such as toddler area for children aged 3 years and below but there are high energy 5 year old and above kids jumping and running inside the toddler area. So a supposedly safe area is not so safe for the toddler to explore.
The concept is great to expose kids to how things work but school holiday’s crowd made each activity to have to queue to play, instead of an activity that more than 1 kid can enjoy at the same time. Reminds me of a theme park but a small scale.
Will not return.

I went to KidsSTOP with my 3 years old daughter on Thursday afternoon. The place is located within the vicinity of the Singapore Science Centre in Jurong. The entrance fee for 1 child is $20 and adult $10.
If you are Singapore residents, I suggest to sign up for the 1 year membership because it cost $30 and include free admission for 1 child and 1 adult. You are entitled to 30% discount for subsequent visits.
There are 2 sessions available on weekdays: 12 - 3pm and 3 - 7pm. So please come at the start of the session so that you can maximize your time inside.
On weekdays the place is quite empty. There are around 10+ other kids during my play session (12 - 3pm). We can take our sweet time to play whatever we want.
The staff told me that the place is very busy on weekends. With 300 children limit per session. I must admit, I cannot imagine 300 kids (and parents) crammed into the whole place. It must be pretty chaotic and long queue for some of the attractions.
The place is divided into zones but your child is most likely to have his/her favourite zone where they will spend most of the time.
I think the place is most suitable for children aged 2 - 9. There is only 1 area dedicated for younger kids. And since everyone walk around with their street shoes, I don't want my kids to crawl around the place either.
Pram/stroller is not allowed inside but there is a stroller parking area outside the entrance (don't leave valuable belongings with your stroller). No lockers either so you have to carry your belongings with you thus I suggest to pack light.
There is the music room on the second floor that is only accessible from the climbing area. So make sure you climb all the way to the top.
Toilets and diaper changing facilities available inside. No water cooler or place that sell water nearby so bring your own.
Tips:
- the nearest MRT is Jurong East. Science centre is within walking distance from the MRT station.
- KidsSTOP is within the vicinity of the Science centre (separate entrance & tickets) so you can combine the visit of the 2 places, both are child-friendly facilities.
- The water playground entrance is located inside the Science centre thus you need science centre ticket to access the water playground.
- official website: kidsstop.edu.sg
- there are many shopping centres nearby so you can go for a meal/shopping before or after the play session.
- technically water & food not permitted inside but I saw many parents with water bottle so it is not strictly enforced (no water cooler or place that sell water nearby so please bring your own to keep your kids hydrated).
- bring socks for yourselves & the kids. Some places require them.
- go on weekdays if you can. Your kids will love you for it.
- sign up for membership if you are local resident. It is practically free.
- there is a mcdonald just outside the Science centre entrance if you need a quick meal.
Have fun!

Brought my 4 year old here on his bday. Booked the morning session.
First impression as we walk through the door was , woooowwwww but sadly it didnt last that long.
The place wasnt as big as we imagine it to be. We were looking forward to more activity and interactive games/fun/sectors/programmes etc etc but we got bored within the hour.
The dinosaur pit was abit strange. After 20mins session they end up having sands all over them and then end up bringing the sands to everywhere else because sands never really ' goes off ' till u wash/bathe them off.
We toured the place twice and was out of there before our time ended.
May return if they do a renovation/change/upgrade, ever. If.

Awful place. I had to pay about four times what a local pays even though I live in Singapore and pay taxes here. They pay just a few dollars but for a family of four it cost me $70. It is NOT worth anything like this but obviously tourists and expats have to pay this extortionate fee to cover the cost for Singaporeans. I would not object to paying a bit more than them but the difference is insulting. It is not as if all Singaporeans are poor- if it was free/cheap for those on low incomes that would be a different issue. Don't go unless you are local. You could go to the zoo, bird park etc for this money!

Brought my kids, aged 5, 8 and 11 to KidsStop on 17 March 2015. It was March School holidays, but not as crowded as I thought it would be. tickets for kids $23; Adults $13. We started at 2pm and my kids played non-stop till closing time - 6pm. This educational playground has many interesting sections: Typhoon stimulator, play pretend flight cockpit, building construction, shopping, cooking, climbing maze, music zone etc etc. I would highly recommend this place. At the end of the day I asked them: How do you find KidsStop? Kids say: Very Good! When asked if they want to go to KidsStop again? They say: Yes! And remember to bring socks.

My 2 year old had tons of fun and wouldn't leave. The exhibits are fun and educational for a young child. Though some are worn out from use and better replaced. Overall worth the off peak price I paid for, wouldn't have wanted to pay full rate though. Lots of preschool children visiting at the same time and the screaming and shouting can give you a headache. Some exhibits under renovation at this time. Wish they had updated their website regarding groups visiting. Next time I will call before going.

Have been to KidsStop two times with my 7 year old daughter - she loves it...absolute value for money. Can easily do 2-3 hours (its a 4 hour session)
There is so much to explore & see.. She loves the role playing (chef part), exploring the body parts (doctor part)... also, there is so much to do for younger age groups as well..
Accompanying adult get to enjoy going up the maze & feel the typhoon as well...
Combine it with the science centre exhibits or the water play area & its a perfect day out...

This place is the best in my opinion!
It has 3 stars for being a well maintained indoor playground. They have many different stations that the kids can explore and stop at those where their interest engage them the most. Most stations have staff around to make sure that the stations are properly used and not abused by the kids.
It gets an extra star for having an educational slant to the play. Just take the supermarket for instance, it's very well-stocked with items. I mean...even their plastic cauliflower is realistic for crying out loud. They have (not one but) two payment checkout lanes!! The inner child in me is actually quite excited to join in the fun!!!!
It gets its final star for the pricing. As a local (don't say we locals don't get any peaks lah), I pay $10 per kid. And by 'kid', they defined that as 8 years and below. So my elder kid of 9 years had to pay adult price of $5!! I had to contain my laughter when the pricing was explained to me. And my elder kid has the same amount (if not more) as my younger kid!!! I paid my $5 too to walk in with them and chill at one corner.
I love this place, there are many parts to explore and the kids could seriously burn 4 hours here straight! Will definitely be back again!!!!

My kids loved the KidsStop! We have been there 4 times over the last year. Fees are much cheaper as compared to the other indoor playground and it's very educational!
For a start, we liked the grocery shopping and cooking areas - typical Kids' haunts. During our last visit, we discovered the anatomy section - had a view of the differ body parts; kinetic energy and the wind capsule; plane cockpit is a fave too and lastly the stage experience at the back of the main hall. There's lots to play and experience!
(My kids are 2yo and 4yo). We went on a weekday and it was full of pre-school kids on excursion.
