Complete waste of money, so they gave us a refund. Before entering the cafe, we were given strict instructions on what we could and couldn’t do. We took our 3 children and the employee who gave us our instructions was extremely rude to our children (in the way she gave the instructions and the way she spoke to them) and informed them that if they broke any rules she would remove them. There were only two sleeping cats in the cafe, the remainder were all sleeping in a separate section and you weren’t allowed to go near those cats. You are not allowed to pick the cats up and if they are sleeping, you must not touch them. So basically we paid $16 per person just to look at two sleeping cats. After two minutes inside, we realised it was a total waste of money and they gave us a refund. I would not go back there.

The experience was generally fair (wouldn’t make another visit though). It was truly underwhelming and disappointing. The staffs were not proactive in introducing the cats to the patrons. They were feeding the cats so obviously, the cats were not interested in playing with the patrons. No toys were given (perhaps, due to the Covid-19 restrictions?). Since the cats were napping and there was no engagement between the patrons and cats, most of the customers seemed to get bored and used their phones instead. I felt like i paid $16 to sit in the cafe and listened to the music instead. The timing does affect your experience so avoid after 6pm. Food provided was alright. First time visiting a cat cafe and needless to say, truly an experience.

The cafe is very clean. At the counter, we were greeted by a friendly staff who would brief us on the dos and don'ts. Before entering, we have to pay an entrance fee of $16/pax which includes a drink. You can also upgrade your drinks to coffee or tea. You may also wanna try their cakes. Personally, I liked the rainbow cake. Cats being cats, they will come to you if they like to. You may also want to bring a new cat toy to get their attention. Have fun!

If you want to forget your worries and spend some quality time, this is the place to be.
They take care of rescued cats with whom you can interact and play for 2 hours for a minimal fee of 16S$ (includes a drink).
But don’t go after around 8 P.M as the cats become very lazy and most of them like to be left alone.
High Value for Money and highly recommended. The staff is great too and they will explain to you what to do and what not to do for the sake of the cats.

Entry fees were expensive and totally unworthy. Especially when their cats are pretty shy & not so welcoming to petting by strangers. Basically it's just paying to see the cats getting pet by their own staff. The cats are really cute & staff are friendly, but honestly felt so uncomfortable with their close supervision. Nothing much that you can do, except to take photos. Quite an experience, but never again.

I could speak more about the rules, the awkward location or the restrictive time limits, which make this a FAR from organic experience, however the main point I would like to address is that the cats that inhabit this cafe appear to be lethargic in the extreme. None of the animals track movement (both eye and ear response tests) they are virtually unresponsive to touch and with no exceptions move sparingly and lethargically. It isn’t possible to determine why this is without further clinical examination but it is highly suspect and I think this ought to be enough to warrant investigation.

Seriously overpriced and rude staff.
Not worth $18 per person to sit and maybe get to see a cat.
Plus the drink included is a can but if you upgrade to a coffee will cost you an extra $4-$5 each for that.
Can't pay card has to be cash and they want small notes.

I took my 6 year old granddaughter to do something different in Singapore.
The cafe is a few minutes walk from Bugis MRT. Back home in the UK we have several cats so were interested to see how this would turn out. The cats are from rescue centres of various ages. There several places for them to sleep with a refuge corner where they should be left alone.
Cats being cats spend many hours asleep especially through the day time and they can be stroked. They are very placid. You are not allowed to pick them up or chase them. If have had cats you will understand this. Several of them walk amongst the customers interested in who they are. Don’t expect them to be running around or play since their background won’t have included play with humans. Just chill.

Visited cafe cafe in bugis Singapore today, all the cats were so beautiful and pretty. One of the staff were super helpful and showed us how to use grab app as we aren’t from Singapore. They also told me about each cat and what they liked. I really appreciated their kindness.
The other staff weren’t allowed to give me their name but they had short shaggy hair natural colour and white slides. You were really helpful and we appreciated it Thankyou!

Boring, paid to watch staff playing the cats? staffs are not friendly and just played with cats among themselves and ignore customers? cats are not friendly too, probably they are shy. but staffs could have helped to build up interaction instead of playing with cats among themselves

Hi is there a amount of money that I would have to spend to eat and play with the cats here
Written March 21, 2021
Hi its $15 dollars per entry. There is no time limit in the cafe, you may stay as long as you like to.

This query I guess should be coursed through the owners of the Cat Cafe'. I have met them when I visited their cafe' as they are the ones who entertain guest and visitors. I know they have adopted one astray cat and it is one of the cats that you get to see when you visit and mingle with these lovely cats.
