We went as two families, 3 adults and 4 kids aged between 9 and 14. Overall, everyone had a great time. There is a good selection of rides, my favourites were Torpedo, Freefall Slide Up and Royal Flush, all of which are probably the most...More

The family and I went mid week. Which was more reasonably priced, but in all the waterpark is a joke. Especially if you have been to others and have high expectations or thrill seeking children. A family of three as we were today could not...More

A good place to spend a day with kids. There are places for kids to play, now they have new slides for kids. If tired could just lie down at sunbeds or float around the lazy river. On busy days , it’s best to enter...More

Travelling with 10 mth infant need suggestions on itinerary (4 Replies)
I am travelling with my wife and two boys, elder one 7 yrs and younger one 10 months. I have planned below after reading lot of reviews. I am trying to keep it light as I am travelling with young kids. Day 1 (Sun) - Landing in the morning @ Changi, check in to hotel @ Clemenceau Avenue, Rest in the morning and then stroll at Clary Quay in the evening Day 2 - Morning - Taxi to Zoo; Evening - walk around little India and dinner. back to hotel by MRT. Day 3 - Morning - Taxi to Botanical...More

Hello Amit! I think your itinerary is really good! Clarke Quay is also a really strategic place to stay in. Just note that the Zoo is in Mandai and the Bird Park is in Jurong i.e. quite far from Clarke Quay, so make some time allowance for that. (Not much, Singapore is quite small!) If you're taking taxi, watch out for peak periods as well. Midnight: 50% surcharge of fare Monday-Friday: 6:00am-9:30am 25% surcharge Monday-Sunday: 6:00pm-midnight 25% surcharge City area surcharge:...More

6 days in Singapore - itinerary advice (13 Replies)
I am looking for some advice on a 6 days itinerary for Singapore. We are going to Singapore later this month for 7 nights and 8 days, first and last day will go in flying so we have 6 full days. Here is my tentative itinerary. Day 1 (Sun) - Singapore tour in open top bus, Merlion Park, Orchid garden, Singapore Flyer, Marina Bay Sands Skypark Day 2 (Mon) - Zoo + River Safari, Clarke Quay at night if not dead. Day 3 (Tue) - Sentosa, Night safari (if not tired) Day 4 (Wed) - Universal...More

OK my overall comment is that if you were aiming for leisurely with a child you have missed the mark in several places. You list for Sentosa doesn't meet that criteria, nor does Day 5 and to some extent Day 6 for the daytime things and there are a couple of days when you are then adding evening things on after a full day - for the nighttime bus that's not too much of an issue but it certainly is for the Night Safari. Certainly trying to add any of the items you list as extras would squeeze...More

Seeking feedback on Singapore itinerary (15 Replies)
Dear friends, we (family of 3- incl 11 year old daughter) have an upcoming planned visit to Singapore (04May-13May) and wanted to request feedback on our itinerary.. 04May(Fri) - arrive in Changi airport @ 6.30am (red eye flight), since hotel check-in is late, planning to spend some time in Changi...early lunch, checkin and visit Gardens by the Bay (flower dome, supertree grove) 05May(Sat) - Zoo (Am); River Safari (PM) 06May (Sun) - Jurong Bird Park (AM), Science Center (PM) ...More

Response fromteebs2593|
Only issue I would see is 6 May. With 6 May, bird park is usually 3/4 day so people usually leave around 2-3pm. Then science centre is anything from 1/2 to full day depending on what you want to see and it closes at 6pm. So you might not have time for both. With 12 May, Wild Wild Wet is in the East of Singapore and since it is on a Saturday, it will probably be crowded. So this day is probably only Wild Wild Wet if you choose to do it. Another option would be adventure cove which you...More
