- MariYDoha, Qatar4 contributionsFun waterslidesThe rides were fun and the kids enjoyed all of them. There might be a long wait if it is crowded. The downside is that the pool didn’t seem that clean and the lockers quite expensive. They don’t provide towels so it was a hassle to bring towels for the whole family. Overall, I think the tickets are a bit overpriced if they only have less than 10 rides. Don’t think I’ll be back.Dear MariY, we appreciate that you have taken your time to share the compliments for your experience with us as well as the service that we can improve on. - Vacation097804993952 contributionsWild Wild Wet is still funI was surprised to see the good crowd at Wild Wild Wet. Not too crowded, not too empty. The entrance team was very cheerful and efficient, i felt so welcomed. Lifeguards were friendly too despite the crazy weather. The park needs a little touch up on paintwork and flooring, and it will complete the experience. We purchase their convertible towel bag, very nice design and practical!Dear Vacation09780499395, we appreciate that you have taken your time to share the compliments for your experience with us as well as the service that we can improve on. Yes it was fun but more disappointing as the Q to take a slide is, at least 30 mins wait. The Q, for the Tidal pool was, horrendous as the wait was over more than an hr under the blazing sun and in the end, the swim was for about 30 mins or less only. I understand the safety measures for COVID-19 but then the clustering is still not controllable. Lastly, Lifeguards there were not friendly at all. They acted more like prison guards who treated guests as though they were criminals. No patience with kids at all. Retrain them! Won't be going back there again.

My Kids like water park - so this was out 2nd time (the first time was an year back).
It better be sunny, waiting for those tall rides, one really feels cold in afternoons (we visited in Dec mid)
we never hired a locker - instead kept out things below the umbrella benches. Later in afternoon, we moved to shelter area on one end.
this place is best reached in a cab as its on one corner. Food is available but quantity is less. One can come out and carry in MacD's (which is just outside the ticket gates) if they are ok.
wave pool and kids have timings and need to collect tokens 1 hr in advance for a 30/20 min slot.
On some rides, queues can be faster if more staff is deployed.
I think all attractions like to build up queues :)

Went on a weekday and experienced basically no queues. The whole family had fun - there is something for everyone regardless of the level of thrill you seek. It is not too big and easy to navigate also for younger kids.
Without queues, we had lots of time to try rides many times (we were there around 4.5 hrs). It was most busy mid-afternoon so come early if you want to beat the (small) crowd.
There is food to buy inside, but you can also bring it in from the mall next door. But not from home. There are lockers that you can access many times, so easy for storage of valuables.
Parking is in the Downtown East mall. One could wish for a few more signs guiding you from the parking to the www.

This attraction is offering one price entry - $9 - at the moment as some of the rides are closed. There is plenty to occupy children of all ages and it is very close to a shopping mall with lots of eateries. The facilities are good with lots of showers available. Cabanas are also on offer so may be worth it for a respite from the sun and usage of a personal refrigerator.
I
There are height limits on some rides so may be as well to check on line that your child(REN) are tall enough. One ride requires a minimum of 35kg weight.
A great day out leading to three very tired children. At full price this attraction is pretty pricey especially for those visiting from countries other than Singapore.
You will be temperature screened on entry and after payment!

• Number of rides; great choice for all ages.
• Quality (scariness) of rides; great variety including some VERY scary ones! & plenty for little ones.
• Safety around pool & rides was tip top, plenty of lifeguards around & very conscientious on the rides themselves.
• Decor; tired & in need of a good jet wash & repaint. Sun damage has caused paint to fade & flake, but the floor is both a trip & slip hazard. Where it needs a good jet wash it’s slippy in places.
• Plenty of lockers to store belongings, we paid using contactless, & you can revisit the locker (just be careful of the door closing on you as the code is typed in at the payment machine)
• take flip flops as floor messy in changing room at the end of the day.
• there is a free shuttle bus to & from the MRT station (or it’s an easy 15mins flat walk)
• there is a no outdoor food policy & your bags do get searched on entry.
• we went on Mon 24/10/22 & there was no or very little queues.
I’ve given 1 mark down as although decor is only cosmetic & doesn’t impact fun or more importantly safety, the floors I couldn’t ignore. A simple scrub or jet wash would soon sort that out.

Many nice rides but more could have been done for safety. Website obviously states maximum weight of 34kg per pax for slides on the professor playground, but this regulation has been obviously ignored. Obese man went up slide with baby and got stuck in the middle due to his size. He took such a long time to clear the slide due to his size, coupled with fact he carrying a baby made it difficult. Kids on top waiting for some time and thought the coast is clear, yet could not see the obstruction. My kid waited for sometime and thought the coast is clear. This man ended up standing up and trying to walk down. While doing that, my kid slid right down and clashed into him. He sat down flat on my gal. Made a complain and this Sahizam was extremely rude. If my gal had any fractures, would he have said the same thing. In the first place, please look at your website. It states maximum weight 34kg per pax on slides. This has been blatantly ignored. Please learn from public swimming pools with play pools and slides. Those security guards dont allow adults to sit on the slide. What if the weight if the adult clash against the kids at the end of the slide while he is sliding down? If he must bring the baby up dat slide to sit and sit the slide with the baby, then it's not a safe slide for baby. All this ignored. I'm very disappointed with the way the whole thing has been managed.

Had an enjoyable day at Wild Wild Wet! Highly recommended to book cabana as Singapore weather is really hot so with a cabana you have a space to hide with fan and a place to put all your stuff. Because of the safe distancing rules, you need to collect queue tag (by time slot) for certain attractions (mainly kids). So do plan out what you wanna do and collect the queue tags in advance to enjoy. And I really appreciate that we can bring in food purchase from Downtown East (no outside food including home cooked food kind) but it's really easy because Mac/KFC/pizza/DONKI/7-11/Koi is just located outside WWW. Really convenient and fun for family. Kids love it!

I had the all inclusive pass city but IT was not recognised by the sistem there so we had to wait for half an hour at the gate before we were granted permission to enter. We were finalul allowed to go in not because the sistem was fixed but because we proved we had a valid pass. It took us half an hour which was not very pleasant. The slides are too big for a nine-year-old so he didn't really enjoy it. You are not allowed with food inside.

A lot of empty space with only a few attractions that most looks to have been at its prime 1980s. COVID restrictions not the fault of the park but close to none using a mask despite clear signs saying mask is a must. Wrist watches are not allowed in attractions (and no watches in area) but still tickets with time mentioned handed out for some attractions. Total chaos, meaning if you lucky to get a ticket (yes, they only hand out slot by slot so you need to run over there and beg for a ticket several times and hope you are there at right time and this only to get the ticket that most of the time are “sold out”) you, probably miss your time slot.
Service is normal Singapore—> so slow, long queues despite few customers and employees more keen to chat to each other than making sure flow is fluent.
Locker arrangement pretty chaotic and dressing room old and dirty. I don’t recommend spending you hard earned money and time on WildWildWet.

Rated highly, so we had high expectations. Sadly these weren’t met.
Climb up seven flights of stairs to be told that you can’t wear sunglasses. If you look online then you will see a lot of images of people wearing sunglasses at this place. I am short sighted so I looked. Not just put them in your pocket, but go down, put them in a locker and come back. Did that whilst my children went on by themselves. When we got back up they then said to me that I couldn’t ride with an earring. Even though my children had just done that. So back down. Again.
Next ride and another slog up stairs. Told that we were supposed to carry a mat up. No mats anywhere near the stairs. About 150 metres away there are some mats. No logic.
The floor was in poor condition. Lots of cracks and patches not painted to blend in. It is ridiculously hot too. You can walk around in footwear, but you can’t wear anything on the stairs. Which are metal and in direct sunlight.
Lots of rides weren’t operational which was odd for Easter weekend. The rides that we managed to go on were good, but it’s just a bit too shabby for a return to be honest.
