According to it's brochure the Singapore River Cruise company has won a couple of Singapore tourism awards including a Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was no where near excellent. In fact, I would rate their customer service as very poor and the cruise that I went on as a rip off. Let me... More

We recently took a night time river cruise leaving from Clarke Quay. It was not necessary to pre book tickets, we just lined up and paid $25 per person and there are so many boats running we virtually got straight on. It's best to sit at the back of the boat in the open air to get best views. A... More

Our Guide proposed to go this Ride and he said you can cover entire Singapore by Boat we believed his words and paid 50 SGD Per Person .It's a big cheat they just go up to Merlion and come back ,this boat moves very very slow to make up time and the staff talks by themselves continuously in Chinese language... This was the first trip I took after my conference finished and was a great introduction to the city. A video plays as you trundle along but it is very relaxed and easy going.

We've done this tour twice & have enjoyed it both times. You get wonderful views of Singapore from the river, great photo ops. A good time to go is as the sun is setting. Sitting in the back or in the front as the boat approaches the Marina Bay Sands Hotel gives better views for wonderful pics. The staff were friendly... More

This is a must you go on the river and under the bridges with commentary. Try and sit out at the back although not covered you do get a better view. Go during the day and you see the buildings and landscape and then at night with all the lights on really a good ride at S$25 and you do... More

What impresses me about this tourism company is the cleanliness of the vessels - they are also environmentally friendly due to battery power. Staff are friendly and professional...I really enjoyed the 45 minutes onboard. Have completed a separate review under "Singapore River Cruise.. the trip was enjoyable, interesting and relaxing. This is a good tour to give you a flavour of Singapore. It takes about 45 minutes and goes up the river in the city and into the marina bay. You can get off at various places but check which ones are open as not all were open the day we went. Good commentary and leaflets so you can follow... More
