We visited in June 2022 and booked tickets online which we recommend doing to avoid the queues.

The cloud forest is amazing and highly recommend. We visited in the evening as we were going to the SuperTrees after but the cloud forest would be just as good during the day as the evening.

The cloud forest is one of two gardens housed in the plaza and is the world's largest column-less greenhouse. We booked this through Klook as a bundled package that also included the flower garden and outdoor walkway for 22 USD per person. The forest offers free tours for groups of 5 or more but you can also venture on your own in around 1.5 hours. When you first enter there’ll be large crowds trying to get pictures so it may be hard to get one without people in it. Once you get past there you are able to walk all around the base and when you’re ready can begin your ascent towards the top. There are a series of escalators and elevators that will take you up to the top. Once you leave the ground level you will no longer be allowed to go back so keep that in mind. You’ll be able to visit the different levels on your way up which give unique perspectives of the waterfalls. Since it is a greenhouse you’ll be able to see through and get an interesting perspective of a forest hidden in the city. As you complete your ascent you’ll then begin going down the various levels which have some educational information on the forests. We were happy to see several educational pieces about our carbon footprint as humans and how we can help reduce it to protect these marvels. Afterwards if you purchased a flower garden ticket you’ll just cross the walkway outside to enter the other exhibit and you can re-enter with a hand stamp to either one. We both found the cloud forest to be a very interesting twist on a traditional greenhouse and worth visiting especially due to the bundled price!

In the midst of the heat, in the middle of the Corona Virus Scare we decided to spend a Saturday at the Cloud Forest. Or in the Cloud Forest. First of all, bring a real shirt, or a light sweater or jacket because the temperature is quite a bit lower than outside. The Cloud Forest is a variation on the greenhouse theme and in this case it’s a very expensive and very interesting one. A little too much oriented towards school trips when it comes to global warming et al but well done and, of course, important. But the whole highly expensive making of an artificial cloud forest is quite something to see. Worth it - and a great way to escape the heat. Normally I get the feeling that this is quite crowded, but with the virus scare it was lightly attended. I think it fair to say that people from 4 years old and up will get quite a kick out of it. Not for those who are truly afraid of heights.

Its good with the giant waterfall -a cool expereience when outside becomes reqlly hot. Do note with stroller this is an issue to go to 6th floor - take nother lift from 6th to 7th and u can only cover the 7 th floor circle. The view is good but if you have been jewel changi it is not worth it especially given the access issues and steeper ticket price

We did not book way ahead online as we were not sure which day we were going. However, the day before I attempted to book but it showed that the earliest date was in 4 days time and I thought it must have all been sold out. If that happens to you, don't be dismayed as we thought we might try our luck at the venue and sure enough managed to get tickets with prices the same as the online one.

Another thing to check out for are the maintenance dates. The original day we wanted had the Cloud Forest on maintenance and I am so glad we checked as we only had one other free day to visit.

Cloud Forest is great to visit on rainy days as it is indoors. You are greeted with the world's tallest indoor waterfall as you start your journey before coming to Orchid Haven with the beautiful orchids on display.

It is multi level and you take the lift to the level just before the top floor. Best to then walk to the top (or take another lift) and then make your way down one level at a time. The place is beautifully designed with the spectacular walkways.

Cloud Forest is not to be missed at all costs. If you have time for only one attraction, pick this!

Getting there easy, I recommend catching the MRT to Bayfront as it is an easier walk from there unless you're driving.

There are two domes in the Garden by the Bay. Each contain a beautiful construct of vegetation and art.

For a huge dome, it is air conditioned which is a relief from the heat of the sun in Sinagpore.

Book online so that you can use your e-ticket where the attendant's scan you through. There is a ticketing office there.

As you enter, it heartened me to see a piece of Aotearoa (New Zealand) great me along with a magnificent waterfall.

From there you walk around seeing both art piece animals and beautiful plants until you reach the elevator. Fron there you head up to level 6 or 7 and then descend using escalators.

There are some walka out around the cloud forest feature which will challenge those with a fear of heights...especially if there are curious people like me jumping up and down on the walkway. It is very sturdy and strong.

You can also get close up to the waterfall feature on level 3.

Overall, I was amazed by the whole place and would recommend it to anyone to visit and experience.

Cloud Forest is inside Gardens by the Bay in Marina Bay. As soon as you walk in you feel a breeze of a cascade, which was simply amazing. Your eyes love all the green around you. Although this is a human made experience, there is a natural environment that you simply forget it is human made. The entrance costs around $10 USD, but it is worth it, even more if you are always in an urban setting.

Misting occurs at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, and 8pm for 15mins. When misting occurs, it creates an atmosphere that resembles a Tropical Rainforest. I recommend being closer to the bottom near the end of the misting period and looking up to the scenery. The view does not get any better than that.

Wow how do they fit so much inside this place. You are basically inside a massive glass greenhouse with the most beautiful plants and flowers and a magnificent waterfall. Its 35 meters tall and it creates a mist inside the facility. They have elevators and escalators everywhere which makes it easy for everyone to enjoy
Our 7 year old daughter loved it which surprised me I thought she would be bored. I recommend taking a jacket it can get very cool inside.

As soon as you enter, you can feel the cool mist of the waterfall spraying down. Inside, you can find unique carnivorous plants as well as edutainment teaching about various ecological topics. Lovely!
