it is clean and peaceful despite the buzz of activities daily commuters and shoppers create. although not an actual tourist hub, this busy district has several bus stops, MRT station, hospital, structures for residents and businesses and a mall that houses a bus terminal.

This is a well planned and clean suburb. Easy access to public transport (bus, train). Good footpath for travel by foot around the neighbourhood.
Has a good size shopping mall in the suburb which also acts as a hub for trains and buses.
