Laser lights have nice effect on the "water screen" but the scenes with projected photos or videos are barely visible. It's not something special, but it's free. So if you happen to be in the area, and have time to spare, I guess it won't hurt to watch it.

The laser lights are nice, but a bit too reminiscent of a Who or Yes concert in the 70s, and too short. Starting time is not reliable. Worth a view since it is free, but not special.

If it hadn't been for the fact I was walking by and happened to catch the 'show' I would have been super disappointed if I had built it into my intinerary. I saw the show from the view point across from the Marina Bay Sands hotel as well as a first hand experience of being 'in' the show from the... More

We sort of planned our day to end up here at night. After seeing it, we probably could have relaxed the day more and not worried too much about this. It is a cool light show in the water, but may be a dissapointment for anyone who has maybe seen the Vegas balaggio fountains, or vivid in Sydneys darling harbour.

really nice free show that is well worth experiencing, amazing water laser features set to music, if you have the opportunity take the boat cruise to see the lights and avoid the crowds outside the MBS shops.

This is a dull and disappointing light show that is definitely not worth scheduling into your itinerary. It was uninspired and not a visual spectacle at all. We were already at the harbor, so we stuck around for the show. It starts with music from Blackhawk Dawn and then the lights come on. It's truly boring and not worthwhile.

We have seen this from the water and the top of the UOB tower and to be honest it was nothing to write home about. Very uninspiring and boring. They could do so much more. Really surprising for Singapore. They should look to project images of Singaporeans history and art up on the side of the marina bay and other... More

The show is not that spectacular in fact it was a disappointment. You could see better in many places in the world. Very narrow viewing angle, if you're not right in the centre you don't see much just the odd fuzzy image on the water used for a screen. Not worth the time or the crowd.

It is nothing special, the show is just a projector that shows a video through the water, nothing ordinary although kids will enjoy it, i wouldn't tell anyone to come unless you are waking around the marina bay or in the shopping mall, other wise skip this.

Staying in Marina Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighborhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
