Compared to some other reviews we had no problems at all , although having to go to the Singapore flyer to exchange our prepaid ticket was a bit of a pain, but luckily was in walking distance of our hotel. The company gives you the choice of 3 different routes of which we rode all 3. We arrived extremely early... More

I thought this hop on hop off bus service was good. Had seen some negative reviews but we had no problems whatsoever. We used the green and orange services. The only thing I would recommend for a stress free ride is to get to the bus stops 5-10 mins before the bus is due as they don't tend to actually... More

I would not recommend any of the city passes for touring the city. This is not value for money, better to buy tickets for the attractions at the counters. You also waste time going around trying to find the redemption counters. There are many travel agents offering various combinations of the city pass, all are near about the same and... More

Way overpriced. Should've communicated better that the so called "guided tours in multiple languages" are only available if you bring your own earphone. There's only English broadcast, which was a pain for my family who do not speak any English at all. Last bus ended too early, around 4:30 pm when we boarded the bus in Chinatown. If you're thinking... More

This tour was good got to see a lot of the city sights, the disappointing thing was we couldn't always hear what was being said as the microphone kept cutting in and out.

We finally decided to take the Hop-on, Hop-off bus for a tour of the city. It does seem a little confusing, but in effect, there are three lines operating - the Orange line, the Green Line and the Red Line. Once you have paid your daily fee of $23, you are entitled to travel on any of the three lines,... More

Every time I've been to Singapore I've thought I must do a hop on hop off tour. Finally booked 1 and it was a disaster. I do not recommend Funvee. Highly suggest you look for another and read the reviews first, something I didn't do. The 3 of us arrived at the ticket office. Because the first place we wanted... More

We got free tickets in our hotel package for a Funvee Tour, Orange line. That's where the benefits ended. You get what you pay for! (Note: the normal price is around $22 pp). We got to experience ONE stop and then the buses stopped coming. We waited for over 2 hours at the bus stop and all the other hop-on-hop-off... More

We we're told that the bus runs every hour, and to be at the bus stop at least ten minutes before the scheduled time. We were at the stop twenty minutes esrly and waited for an hour without seeing a single bus. We finally called the bus locator service and they refused to call the bus to determine where they... Staying in Marina Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighborhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
