Though my name is "bus11traveller", I have not ever taken a bus tour, other than bus 11 (taking bus 11 = walking) or public buses when travelling. Went on this as a company team building event, otherwise I would not have chosen it. So my expectation was set to a very low bar. Not sure how much each ticket cost,... More

We like to do these tours when in a new city as it familiarises you to the attractions and gives you a better understanding of the overall layout. These tours are also great as you can get off see an attraction, get on again and see the next without negotiating the metro or bus network in an unfamiliar town. However,... More

We really enjoyed our night tour aboard the double decker bus. We saw some fantastic sights and the tour guide was awesome and very friendly

Had the worse experience with Night Safari tour operated by City tour in Singapore. E ticket was bought from Isango. It's very obvlous that Isango subcontract/partner the jobs to City tours and the communications between the 2 companies were bad. Customers are the ones that suffered at the end. -Had various email correspondences with your company confirming hotel pick up... More

We had to go to the office under the Singapore Flyer to exchange our voucher for tickets. It also included the river boat trip (previously reviewed) which was quite good. The bus was o.k. but sitting downstairs (we had someone in a wheelchair) is ridiculous. There are dark decals on the windows and you can't see anything so on a... More

Audio was inaudible. So this was effectively a drive around with a nice breeze in an open top bus. That was nice, but not worth paying for.

The duck we had was old and dirty. The night bus we went on was a very quick stop then on your away again. The staff appeared disinterested. The was the most disappointing thing we did in Singapore.

This company seriously need to look at their communication and people skills. The office always seems to be in chaos. It is not easy to figure out from which side people is suppose to queue. Tours itself was not bad at all. Pickup at hotel for Ducw tour was on time. Overall not too bad for the price you pay.

I did hope on and hop off with these guys. The staff service was OK nothing great. When they say they announce your group and go follow. I did not hear anything standing in a room full of jammed packed people because nothing was said. I nearly missed my bus..

Staying in Marina Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighborhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
