Discounts on other attractions that need to be purchased separately must be bought on the same day you buy the City Pass. The ticketing guy did not mention this when purchasing the pass so we lost out on the discounted prices. He was quite rude to us and an argument ensued, marring Our visit to his beautiful City.

Most of the tour was spent waiting. Pick-up was at 5:50 pm at the Hotel and then you met the rest of the large group at a Mall from where you waited until about 6:40 for a short ride to the Gardens by the Bay where we again waited until the Lightshow started at 7:45 pm (by the way the show is free for anyone). After that we went by bus though little India while our guide talked constantly in hard-to-understand English. We ended up at Clark Quai where we again waited until a boat was free. By then it was almost 9:45 and we took a short boat ride (15 minutes) to the Lion where we got off since it was closer to our Hotel.

a beautiful and scenic tour that takes one on a timeless journey on the Singapore river, there is a prerecorded commentary about the different buildings and its history that comes into view during the tour that makes you visualize the life of local people in the old ages.

Our Tour Guide Edna was excellent ,Edna was very knowledgeable well organised,with a good sense of humour.
We all found this tour to have a good variety of places that we visited.
It gave one a different perspective seeing the landmarks at night.
The River Boat Cruise at the end was a very good vantage point to see the great light show from the top of Marina Bay Sands Hotel

I went on this tour on July 22. First,I had to call and confirm,and they told me to be there at 6,because the tour leaves at 6:30PM. Well,I showed up earlier,to be told that tour won't start till 6:45. Then,we were presented with $5 voucher to use it toward meal in some restaurant( menu is pre selected). I would prefer that to be free choice and if I want to use $5 toward something else,and add more if needed. We headed to Gardens by the Bay to watch the show,where we were rushed by our tour guide. Than we waited in the bus,like 20minutes to finally start. Finally,when we arrived to river boat,it was so poor organization: guide did not know what to do. She would tell us one moment wait here,than she would change her mind and tell wait there. I really regret going on this tour with such a poor organization. I'd rather suggest you to get river cruise on your own!

Dear All,
I would like to inform all those first time travellers who wish to go for the 3 day-2 days city tour pass from city tours in SG, please do not opt for this and look for some other company tour.
It appears to be value for money but they make you run after them once you buy the pass. firstly, every single time you will have to go to the flier to go to any attraction and it leaves no flexibility for you to explore the b'ful country. The time slot they give you is rigid and if you want to change they will not entertain that. moreover, they have given me a timeslot for a day and once i reached there they said that sorry the staff has given the slot by mistake.
The SG flier ticket you get out of the pass will be a day ticket only upto 5:30 PM so in the same price you could get anytime attraction ticket.
You have to follow the timings of their office and once they say they are closed, your entire day gets wasted. you may be using public transport so if you reach even one min late, you are gone and many dollars are wasted.
they take you to the night safari by 7-7:30 and ask you to reach the same pick up place by 9:30 as that is the last shuttle, leaving less than 2 hours for you to cover all the shows and night safari. Even though you have the pass, you have to stand in a long que for redeeming the pass and getting the night safari ticket.
Overall experience pathetic!!!!!

Bus was 45 minutes late then stopped so one group of passengers could get out and have a chat - for 20 minutes. Commentary was inaudible and the bus was dirty. Altogether disappointing.

Picked up on time and had a great tour including seeing a fantastic light and sound show. Going to sky park with the most unbelievable views and lastly a brilliant river cruise. Lovely night and well recommended!

Even though, it was more than 4 hours (stated in the tour description), it was still a good tour. This tour offers a romantic glimpse of Singapore during twilight into the night! It showcases the beautiful lights and ambiance and Singapore at night. I highly recommend it for couples and even for families.

This tour was worth every penny. Singapore is an absolutely amazing place but by night it's even better. The bus trip is very informative and an excellent way to see different parts of the city, the boat trip around the harbour at night time is brilliant seeing everything lit up in the evening is amazing. We ended our tour on Clarkes Quay where we had drinks and food which ended an absolutely perfect day and night.

If im taking the fun vee tour bus. How would i know where thepickup spots are in the city. Also if i get off at some spot to spend some time there. Whats the frequency i can take another bus. Which colour route is more feasable and why. My hotel is at jellicoe street near lavender mrt.(V Lavender Hotel) Is there any stop of this service provider near my hotel ?? Is the hippo bus better than fun vee ?? Answers appreciated. Tia

The busses come every 20-30min. U can download their schedule from site or if you find your way to main office they will give you a map. We took all three routes and that was more than enough over 3 days. Not sure about you specific hotel you may need to look at schedule and google maps to check. The hop on hop off seemed to have 7 routes, just not sure how you would fit it all in over 2 days though, unless you only get off a couple of times...on a route and spend a fair amount of time on the bus. We finally chose Fun Vee because the pachage worked for us...boat, bus and extra tickets.....3 days.....

Haven't tried Hop On City Bus so can't comment on their service.We found FunVee to be fine, reasonable price, S$24 I think, and the service was fine. The queues for FunVee were shorter and purchasing a ticket seemed to be less involved. There have been a number of criticisms of FunVee on Tripadvisor but we found them perfectly adequate.

I m reaching KL in the morning 7 am. So would like to check in early to the hotel.
Also I will be checking out same day at 2pm.
So I practically need this place for some hours. But getting the place in the morning is crucial as I have family with me. We need to take shower get ready and go out for some work and then come back at 2 pick up luggage and check out.
My question to hotel staff is would you allow to check in early?

we were booked by our cruise tour operator so presume we have a superior room without breakfast how much more would it cost to upgrade to a delux room with breakfast.
