2 hours each tour led by experienced guide Natalie, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Natalie is effectively billngual and with her and explaining to us, the 2 hours for both tours flew by very quickly. Very glad we got her as our guide and we highly recommend both tours as well. Well done!

Very well organized, efficient tour. Covered the must see scenic spots with sufficient time. Hotel pick up was right on time and the bus was comfortable. Our tour guide Nigel was very funny and knowledgeable. Glad we took this tour.

We have used Tour East to organise our pickup and return service.
Upon our arrival, the pickup driver was late and we were very worried that we'll have to find alternative transportation. We have 3 small children and luggages, this was very stressful. We have also been trying to call their numbers, but no one was picking up. Eventually, after we already engaged the Airport information desk to help us get transport, the driver appeared.

The return shuttle was worse. The driver was also late.
During the entire drive, he was on the mobile phone to someone, constantly looking at and holding the mobile phone, not paying attention to driving. At one point he was texting, I had to tell him to watch the road. My entire family was in this van and having someone so distracted was very unprofessional and extremely unsafe!
The 2 children's car seats provided were not secured at all, not even a seatbelt to hold them, they were just placed on the car seats. Luckily I have identified this and secured them myself. I told the driver, he did not care at all. I had 2 small children sitting on them, so unsafe, this has infuriated me. So irresponsible! I have sent them a negative feedback via email a week ago and they did not bother to reply at all.

Our hotel booked the Night Safari for us through Tour East Singapore. We were picked up at our hotel at 6 pm, and driven to a location in Chinatown, where we boarded a bus along with tourists who had been picked up from many other hotels. Our tour guide, David, ran through a bunch of rules with us during the drive, and told us that when we got to the Night Safari, he would get all of us entry and tram tickets, get us to the tram, then help us with additional activities after the tram ride. Then we would all meet at bus bay #3 at 10:05, and the bus would deliver each group, one by one, to the 14 different hotels we came from--and that we should be back in our hotels by 11 pm. We got to the Night Safari at 7:30. So, 1.5 hours to get to the Night Safari, then approximately 1 hour to get back to the hotel. In other words, using this tour company, you will spend 2.5 hours in transit for 2.5 hours of night zoo entertainment. That is a little silly, but that is not why I am giving them the 1 star. David was a horrid tour guide. He wasn't a guide at all, frankly. When we got into the cue to enter, he handed out tickets to everyone, but when he got to us, he ran out of tickets. He told us he would be right back with tickets for us, but instead, he went to the front of the line and walked through toward the tram, completely forgetting us. Luckily, we figured out on our own that a family had accidentally joined our tour line and David had given them our tickets, even though they were not with the tour! Thankfully, they were honest people and when we asked them, they admitted they were not with the group and gave us the tickets. So we got onto the tram, and David told all of us that he would be waiting for us at the tram station at the end of our ride to give us more information on further activities and the show. At the end of the tram ride, David was nowhere to be found. The entire group stood around waiting for him. I found a zoo employee and asked for a map. That employee was great, he explained our various options to us. We had a very nice walk around all of the trails, then took a taxi back to our hotel on Orchard Rd. It took the driver 15 minutes to get us to our room, and the fare was less than $15. Don't waste your time with this dreadful tour company. Go to the Night Safari on your own. Oh, and you can pay an extra $10 to skip the cue without being part of a tour.

We are traveling with 7 years old and 9 years old kids. We took this package since we thought we will get free hustle tours. So what actually happens is the other way around, start from the pick up from the hotel, they said that they didn't have the pick-up from our hotel, so we need to go to the different hotel to be able to be picked up. Once we reached the Singapore flyer the departure point, the administrator lady is not yet arrived and we ended up waiting 30 minutes for her to show up. When we got to our bus, we still have to wait 15 minutes because a family was late. Once we reached the Malaysian immigration/ border, the bus driver with no manner at all just shout out loud from his sit, "GO DOWN! GO DOWN! Let's GO GO DOWN! and treat us like an illegal immigrant. Finally, we reached the Legoland and we enjoyed our day here at least. On the way back, no issue on the picked u, but once we reached Singapore immigration, the queue was unacceptable, we queued for 2 hours, and the Singapore immigration officer targeted Indonesian/ Malaysian passport holder, so they send us to the office for further questioning. At the office actually they only asked one or two question and we were let go after waited 25 minutes at the office. When we got out we found out that the driver of the tour just about going to LEAVE US BEHIND! Really! Can you imagine you are with your 2 young kids left behind not because of our fault? So I will never ever take this tour again, and whenever possible I will spread out the BAD THINGS about this tout to anyone I know.

*Must do for Singapore:*
1) Hotel near Little India
2) Marina Bay sands sky park (preferably at night or evening)
3) Singapore flyer
4) Gardens by the bay
5) Night safari (with a late return transfer so as to not miss the “creatures of the night” show )
6) Universal Studios (With express unlimited pass to beat the long queues)
7) Sentosa Island tour (should include cable car, Madame tussauds, Wings of time, unlimited luge and sky ride, zip line and sky tower)
8) Cable car ride for Singapore city tour (preferably at night or evening)
9) Dolphin island in sentosa (if budget permits, as tickets are very costly)
10) SEA aquarium
*Can be given a miss:*
1) 4D adventure land at sentosa (anyone who has been to imagica will not find it new)
2) Some rides at Universal studios (as there is a long queue and again someone already been to imagica won’t find anything new)

Universal studios is a great place and maybe the only place worth the visit in Singapore, adults and kids from 12 yo will enjoy the rids ( most rids with 120cm Heights minimum entry conditions)
Kids under 12 not too many rids they can do. Best rids were Human, Cylon, Revenge of the Mummy and Transformers.
Tickets at the park for one day entry for adults in Singaporean dollar $76 kids $56 , if you add $50 on each ticket you get the express pass but you can rid each game once only, if you add $80 you get ultimate express pass for unlimited rids. If you add $42 on each ticket you get 6 months unlimited express pass.
Express pass worth the money otherwise you have to wait for most of the good rids around 30-40 minutes.
Park time is 10:00am to 07:00pm but most rids starts to close at 5:45pm.
If you purchase one day unlimited express pass you can rid each game at least twice.
Weather is terribly humid and hot so they will sell you the water for $6.5 each small bottle and the soft drink for $4.
You can reach the park in 5 minutes by using Sentosa Express Monorail $4 per person from Vivo city shopping centre ( accessible via SMRT train Harbour Front station).

We took 4 tickets for Universal Studio, The staff did inform that last time to enter it is before 6 pm. What they never inform is that even if you have entered before 6 pm, you will not be allowed to go further after 6 pm and have to come out. We were under the impression that once inside we will be able to go around and able to spend at least 3 hours, but to our surprise we were asked to move out around 6.15 pm. We approached the help desk only to hear that like us 100 of tourists get be fooled as they are not given proper direction and they were unwilling to help. Why they do this is that after 6 pm they have halloween night show, but they never inform the tourists at the time of purchasing the tickets. They are so indifferent to problems faced by tourists, they never bother to solve this problem even after repeated complaints by tourists.

So if you are planning to go around be there maximum by 3 pm as you will be asked to go out by 6, 6.15 pm.

Parts of this tour were very interesting. The war memorial and Changi museum were well worth a visit. Reading some of the letters sent home from the soldiers, seeing pictures and reading about POW was so moving. Lunch was Chinese food but portions were very small with many people still feeling hungry afterwards. I felt the tour was far too long and drawn out. I would recommend the half day tour without lunch.
