About
"Situated in the Civic District close to historic and tourist sites, Raffles City Shopping Centre is a haven for consumers looking for luxury items. Built on the site of a former school (Raffles Institution), Raffles City is downtown shopping at its finest. The mall has a number of luxury and designer stores such as Omega, Thomas Sabo, Cortefiel and Tommy Hilfiger, among others. Here, you’ll also find big department stores like Marks & Spencer and Robinsons, and fashion chains like Topshop, River Island and Skyla. In fact, Raffles City covers most shopping bases with fashion, books, music, sports, toys, eyewear and beauty all available above the City Hall MRT station, which makes getting here all the more convenient. The building is structurally impressive. You get a great view of the building from the top floor of the shopping mall (there are escalators that take you up to a plaza with a view of the 4 buildings. To get to the top of the Raffles building for the sky walk, the entrance is inside the mall (bottom floor). It’s worth going to the exploration deck as you get an amazing view of the Chongqing city. The exploration deck costs RMB120 per person and students costs RMB100. Not too bad for the view and the experience to walk on the glass platform. We went at night and the view was spectacular. Chongqing winter days tends to get very hazy.

This centre has the high end brands like Chanel on the upper levels. But if you take the escalator downstairs you have food areas and a range of much cheaper shops.
It also give you access to the MTR and lets you walk via tunnels, with shops, all the way to Suntech undercover. So heat, its got a/c nor rain will effect you.
Two pubs side by side at the outer rim are also go for food or a beer. German one a bit more expensive but more choice and you can watch the world go by.

5. I wish to convey my deep thanks and appreciation to Mr Rosli Saleh for his stellar service at the sistic counter today.

I wanted to purchase concert tickets for my mom and myself, but alas, the transaction couldn’t go through due to high traffic volume.

Rosli was exceptionally kind and offered to pay on my behalf and even trusted me to return the monies in cash to him within a week.

I’m extremely touched and shocked by his very kind gesture. This is the first time I’ve met such a kind professional at the concierge counter. Rosli truly makes our shopping experience beyond fabulous. We hugely recommend Rosli Saleh unreservedly. Rosli, with your impeccable care towards each and every client, we hope your talents will soar and be appointed as Head of Concierge one day ⭐️

I was in Carlton Hotel for my staycation during my birthday on 5th April 2021 and during in the evening I went to Raffles City Shopping Mall in Singapore I decided to reward myself to buy some stuff for myself.
I saw Levi's store from outside the mall and I decided to walk in to buy my first jeans. Honestly, I am not a big fan of jeans outfits or apparel but once I walked into Levi's and suddenly I changed my mind and keep telling to myself why not I should try jeans as part of my casual wear.
The highlight of the store is the discounted price of Jeans has been placed in front of the entrance and that is the totally make me walk into the store.
By a warm welcome and greetings from Mr. Prince - Store Assistant, he totally such a good person for a recommendation, good in product knowledge, and very helpful.
After a few jeans that I trying on and looking for some recommendation, he totally gave his opinion to me which one is more suitable for myself.
He shared with me the alteration service also available in their store but needs to pick up a few days later.
For this kind of wonderful and tremendous service by Prince, I think he deserved to have these compliments words from me.
I will definitely recommend this outlet to all my friends and look out to Prince for any assistance.

Regards,
Dean Mahamud

They greatly revamped the basement some years back and saved the mall. The basement carpark was sacrificed and dozens of restaurants, cafes and shops added. Quite buzzy. The upper floors remain rather drab with no good anchor tenant or luxury brands

Raflles City is one of the better known malls in Singapore, with interesting architecture and easily accessible on the MRT (Raffles City stop). On the ground floor and first floor, there are numerous high end brand stores, but few of them offer any 'real deals'. The underground level includes a very large food court.

Raffles City's is connected to the City Hall MRT station. It's very crowded with some good shops like the chocolate shop. There is a large market in the basement. Since my hotel wasn't nearby, and the weather was so hot, I couldn't buy any food to take away. Good for shopping.

A lovely mall with all sorts of different shopping experiences. We were there at the end of the Chinese New Year and the lion masks were stunning. Plenty of reasonably priced goods and the PS Cafe is great ! Super Earl Grey tea here. It’s not as expensive as some of the malls in Singapore we’ve been to but still equally lovely.

Came here to meet a friend for a catch up. This place has a variety of dining options on the basement level. We enjoyed a meal at one place and then adjourned to have coffee/dessert at another. Very easily accessible by MRT

Great place to wonder and shop in air conditioned comfort. Access to Marina Link that takes you underground, great benefit in heat and rain, to marina Square and the mass transit system.
Prices and sales excellent at the moment as very few overseas shoppers. easy to get about with excellent english signage.
Staff at all places fantastic and single point Covid entry access at real plus. So no need to QR each shop
