Neighborhood: Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighborhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.

It's a great view and worth checking out but the experience is a bit clunky. Everyone has to go up on the specific elevator for the Skypark so you have to line up and then everyone gets crammed in together.
Once you're up there, there's plenty of space and different vantage points with great views over Marina Bay and over the Gardens by the Bay. The glass can get a bit smeared by people touching it which can make photos tricky.
They have a photo service that they say is included by then try to charge you $50 for the photos, which they take in front of a green screen. Don't bother with these, just take your own.
The view is great but I wouldn't say its a must do if you're sacrificing another activity for it.

We visit this venue while in Singapore and bought a photo from their digital photo service on 8/30/2022 ($56 Singapore Dollars). We were given a purchase receipt and a QR code card for downloading of our photo in digital format for sharing. Followed the download instructions but it came back with a "QR code not valid" message. I'd then filed claim with them several time with attachment of my receipt and QR code photos. They keep emailing me back to asking for the same things (receipt and QR code) again and again, and then closed my claims without any resolution.

I am writing this review to raise a warning about their subpar customer service. Please don't waste your $$$ and time on this service.

Visited the Skypark Observation Deck whilst in Singapore, booked on line and the tickets were $22 Singapore dollars. Have to say when I arrived on the 56 level, I was very disappointed... the view is lovely, however, there is NOTHING else to do, no shop for a drink, no chairs, Nothing!! For $22 Singapore dollars, I dont know why, but I expected more.

You do get an excellent view over Singapore, but is it worth the pretty steep $26 admission fee. Probably not.
I also think it is a little oversold, you can't go round the entire top floor, just a small bit at one end. They claim it is a 360o view but it is not as one of the views (out to sea) is blocked off by the rest of the building, so it is more like a 270o view.

The link Trip Advisor provided to download the tickets didn't work. I ended up having to purchase tickets at the entrance to S.E.A World.

if you feel you must visit then at least join the marina bay sands rewards program for free, takes a couple of minutes and you can get %30 off the tickets price. makes it $19.40 per adult for tourists. the view is fine but nothing ground breaking, gets very busy near to sunset and also for supertree show times. there was lots of people just sitting on the ground in the way of others waiting for these times. elevators to get up were very busy as they are not exclusive for skydeck. the cafe/giftshop on the deck was closed so dont expect access to any kind of food or refreshments. if you plan to sit around be prepared. for me this visit was done in 10min, take some pictures and leave. they take a photo of you infront of a green screen before you head up in the elevators, price after you leave to purchase these is $50 dollars, ridiculous and staff were extremely rude at this sales area. dont waste your money, download them for free after you leave with the qr code they give you when taking the photo. overall average at best and if i had my time over i would not do it and save my money.

A very cheap way (vs paying to stay at Marina Bay Sands Hotel) of experiencing incredible views over Singapore and appreciating what an architectural achievement this building is.

Best time to arrive is 30minutes before sunset as light changes so you can enjoy both light/dark views but be prepared for a queue downstairs at that time even if you have prebooked tickets. We went on a Saturday and wait was just 15minutes.

Highly recommended.

Of course you have a beautiful view over the city. The skyline with skyscrapers on one side and the Bay Gardens on the other. You pay quite well for a visit that will never last more than half an hour. There is only a small kiosk on the deck. You are not allowed to use the restaurant.

You are advised to buy tickets online. Then the exact opening hours will be stated on the tickets. What they don't mention is that every Thursday from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM the deck is closed for a yoga class. It's in the lowercase somewhere on a website. Unfindable, with the result that you don't get to see a sunset and there is a queue of almost an hour at 19:30.

19:45 and 20:45 light show in Bay Gardens and at 20:00 fountain show on the other side.

As a non hotel guest, the only thing going for it is the view. I think it is a bit overprised for just looking off a rooftop.
