Beyond disappointed. When we bought the tickets we were told they sold limited due to COVID restrictions. When we get to the attraction with young children we are informed we have a minimum of a 2 hour wait but we can come back later however we only have 2 hr 45 before they close the attraction. Not impressed

Canopy Park is located on level 5. One adult ticket costs SGD 5. While the maze, nets and bridge require an additional fee, the slide and fog bowls are free of charge. One lap through Canopy Park takes you around the entire dome. A great place for both kids and adults!

$40 SGD for our family of 5.
Our very confident and tall 4.5 years olds didn’t quite hit the 110’ requirements there store couldn’t participate in anything. 2 slides were closed so my 6 year old was done playing in 2 mins flat. Goofy bowls did not hold their interest for any amount of time.
We got to the exit and very confused what we just spent money on.
Unless your kids are taller than 110cm and your willing to spend another $100 for the bouncy nets (which did look fun) I wouldn’t bother with this attraction.

Came here with family to spend the weekend afternoon. Every corner was almost Instagram-Worthy. The ropewalk was kinda scary at first, definitely recommend wearing proper shoes (not flats or sandals). Overall a very good afternoon spent in the comfort of an air conditioned environment.

I know Singapore is expensive country, but I didn’t expect it that much. While at the airport, either traveling or coming like me or only a visitor, you can enjoy the beautiful scene of the huge waterfalls at the entrance of Jewel. If you want to join ant activity, bundles available to choose. It starts from SGD 29 to the child and SGD 39 to adults. Canopy, bridge walk, maze mirror, hedge, sliders and others. For a family of 3-4 it’s going to be very pricey, to spend like 1 hour or so for about 200-300 dollars.
I had a nice time.

Very nice and cooling place to walk around and enjoy the park as it is totally air conditioned. It feels like a miniature version of gardens by the bay. The park also gives you great views of the rain vortex at Jewel. Great place to have a walk after a nice meal as there is a promotion going on that allows a free entry into the park for every $10 spent in Jewel.

The latest attraction in Singapore. A comfortable indoor park with several activities within it.

On its own, it's a nice leisurely walk, with lots of greenery in an aircon environment and multiple photo opportunities. There are sub-attractions within it that are ticketed separately such as the Bouncing Nets / Walking one. The bouncing one is more for the kids. I went for the walking version, and it was a little scary, perhaps because I wasn't in the right shoes. They do provide non-slip covered rubber shoes for you if you need, I should have taken up the offer. It was fun nonetheless and they've got staff up there to help you along (Arthur literally held my friend's hand and led her thru the entire thing, as well taking photos for us).

Highly recommended for those making a stopover in Singapore, or have a late night flight out of Singapore. You can check in early and drop off the luggage, spend an hour or two here, have a meal before you leave.

This is not an attraction for anyone who has fear of heights or physically unfit as it is fairly steep to climb. Not for young kids. minimum 1.9m to access. Go between 3-5pm to avoid crowd.

the staff manning the station are very friendly. she took the intitiatives to approach us to help my family to take a photo together.

right in the center of the course, you can see all the way down to level 1 from level 5

On the whole the experience was positive.

I purchased ticjet for mirror maze and have access to the canopypark. Mirror maze is small, I got out in less than 10mins with my friend. Maybe enjoyable for children but definitely waste of tine for adults. Canopy park is boring with nothing muxj to see except a few tacky decorations. Ticket price is too expensive for such an experience. Total waste of time and money.

My niece and I had gone to walking net at Jewel Canopy Park just 2 days ago. I was wearing a pair of running shoes. I lost my balance somehow near the first circle, I fell and slid down to probably a metre from where I stood. My right hand and both knees have scratches and bruises.

One airport staff came to help me after my niece approached her. She had cleaned and had applied Zam-Buk on my wounds, and she had also helped us with the refund on that day. I forgot to ask for her name, I would guess she is a Filipino. I really appreciate for her patience and friendliness.

This was not an enjoyable experience so I will probably not go back for Walking Net but I might consider trying the Bouncing Net next time. Btw, the go-karting experience at T3 B3 was very fun if you do not mind wearing the stinky helmet, which claimed to be "disinfected". Hair net is provided.
