Despite of the ease to travel to, and the nice location, I cannot say that Bintan lagoon Resort impressed me. Stinking old and damp rooms, unavailability of promised complimentary activities and slowest possible service staff makes it difficult to like this place. The only decent activity for kids required cocks to be worn which was nowhere mentioned while booking and... More

This is where you will go when you plan to go to Bintan, Indonesia from Singapore. Went there right after arriving from Changi International Airport. The station I think, has minimal store where you can purchase food while waiting for our trip.

The ferry itself was fine and we travelled emerald class which is worth it. I had a brand new and expensive suitcase. When we arrived back in Singapore they had smashed the lock open (TSA approved lock) and in doing so had smashed and ripped off the zippers for both the main Ng section and the front pocket. I was... We went to Bintan via Bintan resort ferries. The boat was well organised with a little bar for passengers on the ferry. Although there was a kind of smelly smell while entering the ferry, everything went smooth, Thanks to the wonderful staff and the rest of the team who made this experience a enjoyable one.

We have travelled 3 times on Emerald Class now and have always found it excellent. Definitely worth the upgrade especially when travelling with small children. Service is good enough in Economy but many passengers are extremely impatient - pushing and shoving and cutting in line which makes for a stressful experience.

The whole outfit worked like clockwork, check in, boarding, comfort and disembarkation. The boats were clean and tidy. surpassed my expectations.

Flew into Singapore early afternoon (circa1pm) on international flight so had booked the 5pm ferry to Bintan. Was able to clear Chang airport very quickly thus when we arrived at the BRF terminal at 1.40pm expecting to still be checking in for the 5pm ferry butyl we were very pleasantly surprised to be asked if we wanted to go on...
