Not sure why this place is allowed to operate, rental outfits are obviously dirty, smelly and torn. Ice play area has areas that are melting, walls and general feel of place is broken down and worn out, it is of a shockingly low standard.

I was excited at first because, finally, I can experience snow! But Snow City was kind of a letdown because there’s almost nothing you can do because the place is very small and there are very few amenities.

Just realised on their website that singaporeans are provided jacket and boots with the admission ticket. My family paid extra for them. I'm ok with paying for the jacket and boots if they were well maintained. But the fact is that the garments are all...More

Dont bother if you already have the basics of snowboarding and skiing, you can try out a lesson or 2 if you have not ski or snowboard before.
