Tipple and Dram opened its doors in May 2018. This plush two-level bar occupies a quaint shop house! Injecting vim and vigor in this neighborhood teeming with great bars and restaurants what sets Tipple and Dram apart is that, guests can have unique and different experiences at one venue, in one evening! Tipple is the charming street level bar – an inviting space with both indoor and outdoor seating. Showcasing an über-selective wine menu,wide spectrum of spirits, craft beers on tap and de rigueur hand-crafted cocktails. Dram, occupies the basement of the shop house and lends a very plush feel with it's wooden decor, leather fittings, subdued lighting complimented by soft jazz music. It reflects understated elegance and leads into a dreamy world where guests and whisky connoisseurs get to sample extremely rare, limited-edition malts and unique bottlings available at distilleries only! Enjoy these with food pairings such as Bak Kwa and a great selection of cigars to choose from!

After leaving a nearby bar that was very poor on service we stumbled on to tipple and dram, the staff were excellent, atmosphere amazing, great food, we wish we had more time to go again. 5 stars.

This place definitely carries many interesting blends of whiskies and wines. We sat in their basement area which was a very nice laidback place to enjoy a few drams of whiskey. Their selection is very unique which cannot be found elsewhere, good for those who want something different.

Nice ambience, romantic interiors with rarest blend of single malt whiskies you won't find elsewhere in Singapore!
Small serving of food and way too pricey!

First time to this chill yet really nicely decorated bar. Simply love it! The selection of whisky is wide, wine is very friendly priced and also nice finger food. I came with a big group of ladies and they were so accomodating and attentive! This is an excellent place for wine and whisky chill or even a day time business meeting spot as they are open in the morning with coffee! Definitely will be my fav place for business meeting!

We visited the Dram bit of Tipple and Dram to try out their whisky selection. We aren't really whisky drinkers and went there with a guest who is a whisky connoisseur. Unsurprisingly, our guest found Dram outstanding - he was looking for a specific flavour in his whisky and the manager Chris gave him something that exactly fit his need. We wanted something just very smooth and again, Chris found us a drink that went down our throats like honey.
We went on a quiet weekday evening and the vibe was great. We had our first drink on stools around a barrel and our second in a very loungey seating area. The music is understated and the place is perfect for a quiet conversation.
Overall, a great place to go with friends for a drink and chat. We will be back. Highly recommended.

Visited Tipple and Dram after dinner on Club St with whiskey loving partners from across Asia Pacific, great place to have a conversation and try out some unique single malts. Relaxing environment in a wood panelled setting, highly recommend it!

Was here with a couple of friends as we heard about the special whisky cellar and the wide range of selection available. Was not disappointed! Loved the ambience in the cellar and its exclusive feel.
This is the dream with a superb range available. You will find the rarest and finest Scottish whiskeys here. The pictures speak for themselves.

having a lovely time. baljit, the bartender, is as mad about whisky as the owner. he’s been kind, hospitable, fun, and really we’re having such a good time.
so many whiskies to choose from. we left it to baljit to recommend something. we didn’t speak of price, just taste and preference. i am absolutely surprised by the very reasonable bill...

Definitely worth a visit whether a local or tourist. Reasonable prices, excellent cocktails and a nice atmosphere. The bar staff were excellent. Chris is a gem.
