the 2 star is not for the course itself but for adding the wrong mobile number. wrong mobile added to chat group, so I was not inside chat group.
the beginner's angler course was enjoyable.one instructor to 10 participants. (not 2-8 participants as described, klook is $113 but website is $100)
got there at 830am, many people at Marina South Pier and I couldn't find the group so contacted 94766883 & 97903005 multiple times. both were uncontactable.
panicked and walked around MSP multiple times approaching anyone with a fishing rod, the 2 ferry ticket counters & all the tour guides ("not my business I don't know"), Indian lady security (who just walked away! ), and even the SD ambassador. none were helpful
only the elderly Chinese man checking the ferry tickets prior to boarding sensed my panic and helped me point out a group that @850am gathered under the wall clock near the water taxi boarding. (the other guy checking ferry tickets wasn't helpful). this elderly gentleman even came up to me to check I found the right group.
management , surely you have to be contactable.

btw. feb-march is the best months to fish. don't bother going during monsoon like me cos of the rain, the fish didn't come
I'm disappointed in management response, instead of an admission of error you ask me to learn more fishing to remain calm in a situation that occurred due to your negligence.
how would you feel if you know the group was leaving at 9am sharp and you still couldn't find your group after 20 minutes of frantic searching
if I didn't manage to find the group, wouldn't it have been a wasted trip for me?
