Update: after a long call near 11pm🙄... conclusion given is. If we pay $660 more, we will get our original credits worth $660 back, so we are now forced to book $660 worth of lessons more. Or, $330 credits will be forfeited. Reason: They only allow certain dates for those affected by heightened alert. If no available time slots then booking will be forfeited. No notice given when we can rebook (which founder claimed that it is in June over the phone call) so when HA is supposed to be lifted in mid-Aug, I went in and zero time slots available. The codes given for rebooking works and confirmation emails are received as they system is automated. It does not mean that after you paid, they will honour the transaction. The money u paid will still be forfeited. This can happened at any time, for my case, 2 weeks after the confirmation email is received aka transaction is done. First timers: please note of their sales tactic to lock I more cash, booking and not delivering what was promised.

Unreasonable and refused to pick up my call to resolve a refund issue due to Covid and medical reason. Unethical group.

Thanks to Marcus we had a great session ! I’ve never tried any wake boarding, surfing and even less wake surfing before... It was very fun !! We had a great time and Marcus helped us a lot to find the balance :) I’d definitively want to do it again. I’m very glad to joined the Ministry Of Adventure meetup that made us discovered the wakemusters !
