Singapore Duck Tour

62 reviews
Explore Singapore on a 1-hour duck tour, known officially as DUCKtours®, which allows you to see city sights by both land and water. On ‘the duck,’ an amphibious military vehicle that was refurbished from World War II, you’ll drive around the city to check out attractions like the Fountain of Wealth and Singapore Flyer. Then hit the water to cruise past landmarks like the Merlion, Singapore’s famous statue that sits where the Singapore River meets Marina Bay. Audio commentary is included.

Foraging is the theme at Native, which was vaulted as one of the top bars in the world. Whether it is foraging for natural resources to be used at the bar or as exquisite ingredients in the cocktails, there are many narratives going on at. The bar is like an alchemy lab that does their own brews and infusions. The best looker and tasting cocktail is Peranakan – jackfruit rum, laksa leaves, goat’s milk, candlenut and gula melaka. There’s a quivering purple jelly that sits daintly on that hunk of ice. The bartenders weave a story about your choice of poison upon drink presentation, to elevate your drink experience.

I just went to this bar last week when I was in Singapore, and I really recommend! Almost all the cocktails they made they try to use local fruits and spices and is one of the most sustainable bar in the world! The service was excellent, they even show me the upper part with the distillery.

Wow what an unforgettable experience. The bar is focused on sourcing spirits and ingredients only from Asia and each one of their cocktails has a story behind it. The staff is some of the most knowledgeable about ingredients, fermentation, flavors, sourcing that I’ve ever encountered. Their lab upstairs is impressive and shows this passion for creating new ingredients and formulations from ingredients or things that would otherwise go to waste. Please go and support this amazing bar. Best I’ve ever been to across everywhere I’ve traveled. Thank you Native!

Lovely up to date bar with a specialty in locally produced drinks and spices. It is a pleasurable experience to go there. Their cocktails are based on locally sourced drinks and not the known and popular list. The bar staff were very knowledgeable, explained the origins of the makeup of the drinks. We were offered free drinks to try which was a good touch and they made you feel welcome. After the drinks they asked if we would like to go upstairs to see their spices and preparation area. There were numerous jars containing herbs from Singapore and surrounding countries. They also had a mini distillery section where they try different recipes. Unique concept worth a visit.
