Highly recommended service! I had 2 guest that was coming in to Singapore with an odd-size baggage and I had only start searching for transport for them 1 day prior to arrival. Managed to get a quote from SGCAB and the service was splendid, with almost immediate replies. Used the services for the 4 days that my guest was in town as they had to go around Singapore with the odd-size luggage. The drivers were extremely polite and helpful.

Driver arrived early for our booking. He was well mannered and even offered help to my parents. Had a great conversation the rest of the ride. Price is also reasonable. Thank you so much Mr Farid. My travel journey is really good.

Booked and pre-paid a mini-bus two days before the scheduled event. Despite this they failed to turn-up. I was advised to give them 15 minutes to arrive, 15 minutes went and I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Eventually decided to order separate comfort taxis for everyone. Followed up after the event and the proceedings were as bad as the actual day. Blaming the customer, failing to apologise, lack of empathy and outright fabrication of the truth. I would advise them to go on a customer service course but even this wouldn't save them. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Awful awful awful service! They are absolutely incompetent and rude. I booked a transfer from Changi airport to a hotel in Singapore for me and my family. I had an email confirming the booking, with all the details (flight number, expected arrival time and so on), including a reservation reference number. When we arrived there was no driver waiting for us. After 30 minutes I finally managed to reach them on the phone, and I was told that they had no clue about my reservation. After another 15 minutes they called me back saying that they were sending a car, which would be at the airport in 10 minutes, and that I should wait next to the information desk. The car arrived with a delay of almost 2 hours. And the driver was pissed off because he said he did not know at which terminal we were waiting for him (although it was clearly written in the reservation). When I asked for a partial refund for the delay, they replied very rudely that t was my fault because I did not show up! Then they blocked my number on Whatsapp. DO NOT USE THEM! Awful, awful, awful.

I am business corporator who used to travel across the globe for various business deal. I had arrived in Singapore in kate night but my friend suggested this service a. After just 10 minute they arrived. This is so efficient service.

Absolutely terrible service and communication. They are rude and refused to pick us up at arranged time for return to airport.. They then refused to accept fault despite me having emails proving their error. I would never use them again and am still awaiting a refund from them for their refusal to pick me up. On pickup from airport, they used a tiny little car that left my 2 children sitting in one seat without a seatbelt. Worst Transfer service I have ever used. WIll NEVER use them again. I used Avenue Link Transport and Sau WEN was extremely profssional and courteous offering helfpul service above and beyond.

Book for a 13 seater minibus for sightseeing recently, the driver was so well knowledge, reliable n safe...very nice, clean n friendly! Very happy will recommend others to use this company!
