My six year old was left hanging while the attendant browsed her phone. She ignored my plea for her to get off her phone, and continued scrolling through her social media. I asked to speak to a manager only to be told he wasn’t available.

Attraction closing time was 6:45 PM and we reached there 6:35 PM (10 mins before) and still the manager didn't allow 5 year old child to enter who was waiting to do it all day. We kept on requesting and manager kept on refusing our request. Manager was very rude with us and even he didn't have manner to talk with their customers. On the worst after some argument he threaten us.

Worth the money the kids loved it the staff were friendly and helped my kids learn how to do back flips. They loved it and chatted about there experience for hours even though it only lasted five minutes or so.

This adventure is definitely worth the money. It is very expensive, which is bad. But worth the money, kids love it and Staff are very nice. Definitely a lot better with the queue time then MegaZip.

If you love adventure you have to be here .. Adventure bounce in actually bungee jumping .. Though it was fun all the way , the only thing is that it is very costly .. if pockets are not an issue than it is worth a try ..

My daughter did it twice and wanted more of it. The service guy was friendly. SGD 15 for the first ride of 5 min and SGD 10 for all repeat rides. Reasonable considering how expensive Singapore is
