We did the desparados interactive movie, since the kids wanted to.. it was an okay affair, sitting on rocking 'horses' and shooting our guns at dacoits on the screen. about 10-15 minutes of this.
would not recommend it, unless your kids force you :)

We had a 2 day fun pass which included 3 4D rides - extreme log ride, desperado and Journey to mysterious island. Desperado I would say is fun only for kids. Extreme log ride was ok, could be better. Journey to mysterious island was fun because of the 4D effects. Its not a must do thing if you have done 4D activities earlier, but its a good timepass if you have time (Sentosa is too huge to be covered in 1 day).

Went here with myself & my teenage Son.The staff were very pleasant & helpful. We didn't have to queue long for any of the 4D Attractions.
We first saw Journey 2.This was ok,you put on your 3D glasses and the Cinema seats move and blow air and water at you.Nothing spectacular!
Then we went into the 'Log' one. This was absolutely worth the money. Now this is what we are talking about. The Cinema room has 9pods in it that each seat 6people.These move independently while you watch the movie with 3D glasses on.It shows a log on its journey from being felled. This was really superb and a great attraction and we loved the Log one.
Then we went into Desperados. This one proper had me in hysterics. You saddle up on your own horse in front of the cinema screen and take out your gun. Then while wearing your 3d glasses you ride your horse while shooting at the baddies that appear in the film.I thought it was brilliant! In fact I won first place with the highest score so my face appeared on screen.People are saying they don't know whether they have hit anything but the screen flashes up numbers and the number co ordinates with your horse number, also you can check your score throughout on the display on your horse.I loved this so we got off and went straight back in again !! It really tickled me !
We finally went to watch the one called Pirates that you pay extra for.Don't bother with this as it's rubbish.Total waste of money. It's a short movie that is just seriously boring.
I have give this review 4 out of 5 purely on the strength of the 'Log' and 'Desperados'
The other 2 movies were crap in comparison.
So this attraction has 2good & 2bad in my opinion. If they sort out the 2 bad ones and put something better in their place then this experience would be a whole lot better.
I have been once and I wouldn't go back again.
But yes overall we had some laughs.

Really not worth the money. They should just scrap Desperados altogether - the safety video was longer than the actual shooting and it wasn’t even fun.
Nothing extreme about Extreme log ride, was honestly quite boring.
Perhaps good activity to do with kids but with attractions like Kidzania and USS around, better to spend your money there than here.

Not worth it.
Movies or effects, or whatever, are very poor! Neither us or the children enjoyed it. Better go to Madame Tussaud around the corner, they have a much better 4D movie!

Come prepared for the extreme excitement: spectacular virtual adventure that send us soaring between cliffs, plunging over waterfalls and diving into crocodile infested waters; the virtual 4D rollercoaster ride that is so surreal; the cinematic 4D entertainment that fuses state-of-the-art video projections with wind, water and many other elements; this place is certainly not for those with faint hearts.

Went for the Extreme log ride and recommended by the counter staff that is the most thrilling ride which got me really excited. Especially having the idea that is 4D, I was expecting much more from what I received.
I was pretty disappointed about the experience as I thought there would be Water splashes and more exaggerated wind effects however there was none & wind was minimal (as tho it was just stronger blowing air conditioning).
However which, I remembered when I was really young, I tried the pirates show (which they are still screening and not featured on the website) and it was definitely much more fun with the effects with things tingling your legs, to water to strong wind. However that was more than 10 years ago and not sure how it is like now.

The Sentosa park is excellent overall but If you want to pay 40$ to see three movie TRAILERS in 3D , with some unrealistic splashes of water, then buy this 4D Adventureland ticket.Worst money ever spent.

You're literally paying lots of money to watch a summarized movie with a lot of chair rocking, water spraying and wires tickling your feet. It sounds fun, but after 2 20-minutes-length movie, you'll kinda get sick and tired of the chairs. Especially when it hits ur head hard against the headrest.

Hi Lea,
Very sorry for the late reply. Yes, we do have non-motion seats in all our theaters. You just need to inform my staff upon entering the theaters.
Thanks
Sam

Hi! Serene
Thank you for your inquiry. 4 years old is allowed. We have a minimum height requirement for the child to be seated alone. The child has to be at least 110 cm. However, if the child did not meet the minimum height, the child could sit on the lap of accompanying an adult for all the rides.

Extreme Log Ride is the best simulation ride.
Desperados is the best interactive ride. Once never enough.
Journey 2 is the best 4D show with lots of effects.
It all depends on you.

How much time will you spend at the 4D adventureland to make full use of the attractions?

HI, You would need about 45 mins to 1 hr (depending of the day), to enjoy all 3 attractions - Journey 2 (4D show), Extreme Log Ride (simulation ride) & Desperadoes (Interactive ride). Journey 2 runs every half hour, Extreme Log Ride runs every 20 mins and Desperadoes runs every 10 mins.
