Really loved this place and as an adult you better hold on to the bar and saddle up. It can be quite a thrill

The last game we played (zombie buster) was awesome. you had a gun and reloaded and shot shot shot the zombies around you.

Good value for money

Its not much to do in Singapore If you are a adrenaline junky or looking for some fun activities! That place is something to trying out!

Its quiet new and Located at sentosa walk. Easy to get there by sentosa express from vivo or take a 10-15 min walk.

It was a fun exp and good memories! they have some packages that you can buy online even so its a good deal but its a very annoying process since you cant use it directly at the place, you have to come to the office at the center or vivocity and print it out first. because they cant scan it or etc..

Service. Well the front desk was fine. The rest, staff can be more attentive and approachable since I dont like to wait and looking for someone to assist me or it tales time for someone to come over! Like a home sleeping environment! It wasnt even once, I had visited that place 3 4 times so far... since This is on the way to the beach.

Anyway I do recommend this place for you try it out! Cheers!

Newly opened, located by the waterfront right next to trick eye museum. There’re various packages and we went for BIG5 = 5 games — not quite sufficient. We tried Storm Blizzard (highly recommend!), Jump Jump, Extreme Train, Jungle Rafting, and VR Room. Kids had lots of fun and started asking to go back again. The staff were friendly, they carefully helped each of us with the set up. Recommend for bigger kids as they need to fit the headsets for full experience.

Tried the Big 3 Package, seriously waste of time. Even after discounts it's still not worth it, was in and out of the entire place in less than 30 mins.

Wanted to try the Jump Jump in the blue zone - Machine is spoilt; Staff mentioned to try the flying dive instead. Note: Jump Jump's machine is seated, while Flying dive is not.

The machine they'll strap you on for Flying Dive will hurt you so bad, you'll wish that you have never tried it the moment you get on. When you are strapped on, and when the vr starts, you'll get 'bounced' for the jumping sensation. Imagine the discomfort, I was closed to tears when the vr ends.

Will not come back here again.

Quite disappointed with the graphics in the VR. It not realistic. Expect much more from this place as they are using VR as their talking point.

Being to the one in ocean park Hong Kong where the VR ride in the roller coaster is much better.

Not worth the price to pay for second visit.

I happened to visit the site and became to like it.
We can enjoy various VR experiences.
They were very exciting and some of them were even scary.
Personally, I like ‘SkyScraper’ stage. I felt like i really was standing at the edge of the top of a skyscraper and could not move a step because i was so scared.

Tried 3 games here and some were better than others. The zombie was good and the river rafting was okay. Skip the train ride if you can.

Staff were polite and helpful though.

Children below 6 cannot ride with VR. I am not so sure why. If USS allow children with mini height of 90cm to ride the dragon canopy roller coaster, I think VR should be even more safer for them. The machine is stationary. Only wearing VR head set. But they have to wait till they pass 6 yrs old. Rules are a bit too strict.

Do not go here , paid for tickets online for 11am the place does not open until 12.
Only one ride was working and they would not refund my money of 215 Singapore dollars.
When I insisted on a refund they told me to email there head office for it and no surprise the email bounced back that it didn't exist .
While arguing they were still taking money from people to go in.
Disgraceful.

my first and absolutely my last experience with this "fun attraction". i will start with this .. there are very few games to play, and like an amusement park, each games lasts between 2-3 mins for $13 per game or $50 for 5 games ($10). for this money, and if you are a family of 4, you are down $200 and better off paying up for an occulus.

the games are quite kiddish, not very high in resolution, and frankly not fun at all. i tracked my heartrate on the apple watch and it hardly jumped. the staff also look like a dispirited bunch - they dont look like they enjoy being there, have zero enthusiasm, and well, it was not engaging. also for one of the games, the kid put us in incorrect positions to shoot zombies. and at the end of the game, he couldnt wait to get the headset off (i didnt get a chance to see the score).

GIVE THIS A MISS.

one final thing - we bought this through klook, the worst platform i have ever used in terms of ease of use, help. the customer service people are horrible, and send one email after another with no clear resolution (they sent me at least 8). imagine how horrible that experience is. useless bunch of people.

what is it with these kids working - they have no pride in delivering a good service.

combined, klook and headrock vr left a really bad taste. never again.
