If ever a Koala came to Boracay to learn kitesurfing, I’m convinced Toni and Martin would get him going. I saw them getting folks on the board and doing nice turns after just a couple of days that other teachers already gave up on. It‘s the right mix of motivation and trust-building, paired with the proper chill-factor and technical know-how actually all watersport activities should go along with. If you‘re serious about learning to kitesurf, that‘s the place to go.

This kite school is run by very knowledgeable instructors, who instructed me safely to try kiting. These guys speak natively german and english, so no language misunderstandings. I first tried the training kite, was then instructed and tested through safety procedures. We then moved to trying a full-size kite (size 7), and practiced kite handling, body-dragging, kite start and stopping, before moving to waterstart with the board. The instructor was nearby at all times and hence able to assist and takeover in case of flight problems. This really helps to make one feel safe. The training gear was high quality, and I had to buy some outfit from their collections. I also enjoyed after-kite beers after the training sessions with the instructors and friends of the center.

Was recommended this school by friends who live on Boracay year round. Did 10 hours of kiteboarding (starting at 0) instruction with Martin, super friendly and competent Dutch instructor (he speaks fluent german and english too). Met Tony the owner who is also sympathetic. Instruction itself, schedule, equipment, etc all top notch. Recommended! Boracay is also probably one of the better spots to learn kiteboarding due to good onshore wind, shallow and warm water, etc.

Spent a week on Boracay visiting friends who live here year round and and did 10 hours of kiteboarding (starting at 0) instruction.

The center has all the latest (new) North gear and the owner (Tony) is very friendly and helpful. I spent a week there and the vibe was very relaxed (nice instructors and beach boys as well). Location is great as it's in the center of of the beach next to Levantin (nice bar, restaurant and hotel). Tony arranged a strapless surf board for me to try my first steps riding strapless and helped with tips to turn and jibe!
Overall, a very nice center and with the new building it will only get better.

Had a beginners course with teacher Martin. He is a great guy with a real kiting vibe around him. He is teaching slowly and he mentions all the points needed. The equipment etc. is all brand new and very easy to use. I am sure that this is the best kiting school in Boracay. A big THANKS!

This is THE place on Boracay to learn kitesurfing. Go there and learn to kitesurf.

Great, now you've done it. I guess you will agree me that you had a great learning experience, received all the kitesurfing gear you needed, knew you were in the safe hands of your instructor, met some really awesome people in a multilingual environment, and, most importantly, had awesome fun.

"But why did you choose this particular school?" Well, I compared all of the schools on the beach and their prices are seemingly identical. However Tony, the owner of Kitecenter at Banana Bay, spoke more of safety/emergency drills than of fun and price. Safety was my reason for choosing them.

Thanks a million Tony, Martin, and the whole crew for a great experience. I had awesome fun. See you all the next time I'm in Boracay.

Tony and his team were excellent. Easy going supportive and knew their stuff to get us started. All their equipment was in good order. We had never tried kiteboarding before, but with what they taught us we are keen to get home and keep learning. Thanks guys (particularly Predator (Martin) whose teaching style was especially good. Hope to get back and see you guys soon. Highly recommend if you are wanting to try your hand at kiteboarding.

The center provides perfect equipment and very professional lessons which they teach with a lot of passion and fun. Due to the knowledge of the teacher I learned a lot in a short amount of time and I couldn't get enough of it! I loved it!
Afterwards there is always enough time to talk and drink something with the very nice staff.

It was definitely worth the money and a perfect way to spend the last days of my trip. I can recommend it to everyone!

Very nice kitesurf school at Bulabog beach, Boracay with a really relaxed vibe. Friendly and experienced staff, multilingual lessons available (German, English, Filipino, Dutch, Chinese). The school has really good up to date equipment and is kept updated. Tony the owner has 15+ years of kitesurf experience and is at the school everyday. When tired there is a perfect hangout to enjoy a cold drink and the nice views of other kiters.
From March next year a hotel should be opened next door. So you can roll out of bed and step on to your board :)

Note: Prices for kitesurf lessons at Bulabog are the same for all schools so just walk in and go where you you like the vibe.
