Worth going if you are a snorkel enthusiast. Literally walk straight of the beach and within 50 meters the "oh wows" begin! As you keep going out, the landscape keeps changing dramatically. The most soft corals and clown fish I have ever seen in one spot in 20+ years of scuba/snorkeling. Loads of health corals, and changing every 50 meters. Sort of like going to an under water zoo! :-) And its free!!!

This beach is a little hidden gem.

From this beach location you can see Crystal Cove in the distance and there is a roped off area offshore where there is some good snorkelling. I did not venture out but did see some fish during snorkelling close to shore.

I saw no tourists and the beach was very quiet. I enjoyed half a day at this beach swimming in clear water with no green algae as there was in the more popular White Beach.

Our local friend was able to negotiate with local accommodation on the beach Marnins Bora Place for us to use the tables and chairs at the hotel providing we made some purchases. We actually bought some meat and seafood from the local market and had them cook it for us. Delightful people with great accommodation on the beach.

I would certainly consider staying at this beach for a few days next visit to Boracay.

Most tourist going to Boracay will end up in beaches in Station 1, 2 & 3 , but if you want to avoid crow and do some snorkeling this is the ideal place. These is a nice spot just away about 100 m away from the beach ,hire a local fishing boat and you have can have nice time over there.

A very serene and peaceful beach on the other side of Boracay. Not crowded, good water, white sand, ideal for for diving activity.

I was GRANDPAcking in Boracay for 5 weeks... so I had a good look around.
Tambisaan Beach is a nice beach with 2-3 resorts: 1 of these resorts looked very upmarket but the other 2 looked like they could be reasonably priced: they may be worth a look if you are interested.
The wind on this east coast is stronger than on the west coast; this kicks up the seas and offers good wind-based watersports.
During the day, the beach can be busy with tourist boats coming and going to places like Crocodile Island and Panay; which means that it isn’t that peaceful and that swimming can be interrupted.

NIce beach, no traffic and a lot cleaner then Bulabug. Reasonable snorkling although of the better on Boracay.

Stopped by here during our island hopping tour with My Boracay. Beautiful beaches as expected. Locals selling souvenirs like other spots & coconuts. The water is so crystal clear & blue!

If you want large crowds and to sip cocktails on a beach, then this is not for you! If you want amazing snorkelling straight from the beach, then visit here. Can get a taxi from any of the stations for 120-150 PHP (less than $3). This is where the locals live, plus a couple of stunning resorts and a home stay or two. There were thousands (yes thousands) of fish, if you’re a good swimmer you can even swim across to crocodile island. Take your own gear, although could hire it from ‘Marnin’s place’.

At the moment the front beach of Boracay Philippines is covered by algae and Tambisaan on the other side of the island is the nicest place to swim and has cheaper accommodation.
Travellers will also be closer to the cheaper Street foods and the local people's homes away from the fake tourist area nice to see sometimes.
See the locals fishing and having fun.
