A Quieter Beach

This beach is still a quieter place to relax on Boracay, but make sure you take some shade with you.

Very quiet and picturesque... It's possible to have the beach all to yourself. Nothing to do here but lie down and watch how beautiful nature is. Water is calm and clear, good for a swim, even for snorkelling. There's a tiny store that offers food at HIGH prices (coconut is $3). The store has a makeshift toilet but no real... More

This place is quiet - but the prices are more expensive than the front beach. Rose Pike for example are pretty much a third more expensive on most things

Ilig-Ilig Beach is more secluded than White Beach. It’s less crowded. We came on a rainy and cloudy day. The waves at the White Beach area were big, however, the waters at this area remain calm so it was suitable especially if you have smaller children who will be swimming with you. The beach is not powdery fine as that... More

Ilig-iligan Beach, during the months of June to November, is simply beautiful. While the winds and waves batter White Beach, in Ilig-iligan, the sea is very calm. The sand is powdery and cool to the skin even during day time. Moreover, there are very few establishments here so the pros are it is very quiet and peaceful and cons are... More

This is one of the few beaches in Boracay were you will always be alone and very Secluded. its good for being alone reading a book under a tree or near a big rock. Its a good place for snorkeling and you can leave your things on the beach and still go back to find everything you left sitting and... More

Food on this island are very pricey. 7 pieces super small shrimp cost us 300, 2 pcs squid for 300 and sinigang with menudo like cut meat for another 300. Rice for 25 pesos. Plus dont forget 10% service charge! Serving is good for 3-4 pax they say, but the truth it's not even good for 2. Anyone planning to... More
